Well I was vaccinated. The doctor told me today a lot of people are improperly vaccinated because it is a two step process and a lot of children do not get the 2nd shot. My girlfriend had a mild case of chickenpox when she was younger, she got it full on on Christmas Eve/Christmas. I was under the assumption I was vaccinated so I didn't think anything of it. Last night: up all night with horrible headache, fever, etc. I noticed some red spots on my arms today and was like "FUCK!" and headed right to the doctors so I could get an anti viral prescription.
Damn, that sounds like a shitty experience. How long before it clears up?
Hers cleared up fairly quickly, about a week. However..I am a bit optimistic on clearing up kind of quick because I saw it early and am getting the prescription today. She had hers 2 days or so before getting her anti viral medication. Also, my medication is going to be stronger than hers because it's for the shingles, and since chickenpox is a mild version of that, it should attack it pretty quickly. I am not covered in blisters and shit (yet) so that's good. I probably have a total of 10 combined.
Well hopefully it won't take long to go away. It sounds gay.
BTW, why the fuck is the shit even called Chicken Pox?
I am going to go to a TRT clinic and see if I can get a script for testosterone. Will it work?
Rumor on the street is that Bellator is suing Eddie Alvarez. . .

Is the recent wave of school shootings part of a government plot to sway public opinion against gun ownership so they can disarm us? Some seem to think so.
And this is really interesting right here:

It shows the site creation date as Dec 11. The shooting didn't go down until the 14th.
That doesn't mean there's not another explanation but it's pretty fucking weird.
So I went and saw Zero Dark Thirty today.
I guess I'm going to have to be one of the few dissenters, but I didn't really get into it. The final act of the film is great, but the first 2/3--at least to me--was boring and largely incoherent. I just felt like they were throwing a bunch of foreign names at me and moving around to a bunch of different foreign places without a lot of explanation or exposition. It didn't take long before I started zoning out and had to keep reminding myself to pay attention. It was to the point to where I was tempted to walk out at one point.
I realize that I'm very much in the minority on this one, but if it hadn't been for the final 45 minutes or so I'd have felt pretty ripped off.
