Analysis: The loss of Kemoeatu hurts the Panthers’ run defense, which is good news for Giants RBs Brandon Jacobs and Derrick Ward.

Giants: K Lawrence Tynes, CB Sam Madison, LB Gerris Wilkinson, T Adam Koets, DT Leger Douzable, WR Derek Hagan, WR Sinorice Moss, DE Jerome McDougle.

Analysis: RBs Brandon Jacobs and Derrick Ward are active for the Giants. WR Domenik Hixon is also active. K John Carney will handle the field-goal duties with Tynes.
