It is a huge step up for George... he might win, anything can happen, but it is just about the worst possible matchup for George (not considering guys like BJ of course). Joe is another top control specialist, a bjj blackbelt, with better hands (IMO).

He might win his bets, but I supect he is going to continue his losing streak here. Wand and Sosz are ok (I made the Sosz play myself). But I would not be surprised at all to see Bisping win. He is forgetting the takedown, which I think Bisping will use a lot, after finding success with it against Kang.

I think Koszynski is a good bet, the only one he made here. I took it as well because Stephan Bonnar is garbage who only gets to hang around because he was part of the fight that brought the UFC into the mainstream.

I can see an argument for Wanderlei but the safe bet(especially due to the line) is on Bisping. He has a better ground attack and like you said he found success with it. Also the weight cut hurt Wanderlei against Franklin and that was 10lbs more than what he's cutting to now. I think he finds diminished power and more need for technique here which he just does not have. His punching style has always been wild brawling, not calculation. This is a bad matchup for Wanderlei, pure and simple. Bisping has excellent footwork(when he's not circling to the wrong side the whole time anyway), good hand speed, and he'll likely want to grind a decision out here. The biggest problem I am seeing here for Wanderlei, after watching the UFC primer last night for 110, is that Wanderlei and his camp are convinced Bisping doesn't have the power to knock him out. Underestimating a fighter like Bisping who loves being the underdog is never smart. Bisping likely takes this fight with a decision, or surprises everyone by getting a TKO via ground and pound.

Im not sure where the "bisping can get takedowns" argument is coming from. Kang was on empty when Bisping was getting takedowns in that fight. I think bisping going for takedowns could very well get him KO'd. If he gets caught in a clinch, Knees from hell will follow. I think Bispings has to follow the Leben plan, and out box Wand.
