The White Sox and Cubs conclude their cross town rivalry Sunday afternoon when John Danks matches serves with Ryan Dempster at U.S Cellular Field Sunday afternoon. When Danks takes the mound he will do so knowing he is 3-0 in his last three starts with a 2.05 ERA. He's also 1-0 with a 0.00 ERA in his only career start against the Cubs. On the flip side, Dempster is 0-2 with a 16.03 ERA in his career team starts in this park. He is also 1-5 in his last six road team starts and 1-8 in his last nine road team starts during June, including 0-4 his last four. In addition, the Cubs are 2-10 in their last 12 Interleague games against teams from the A.L. Central while the White Sox stand 10-1 in their last 11 games against opponents fro the N.L. Central. With the Cubs falling apart at the seams away from Wrigley (7-14 last 21 road games) and the Pale Hose having won 11 games in a row and owning the best Interleague record in the majors this season at 15-2, including 11-0 the last 11, look for more of the same here today.

the reds should show up today!
no letdown here they stay with st louis in NL Central-leading Reds!!

The Cincinnati Reds haven't won six straight in nine months. If Bronson Arroyo can replicate his last performance, the Reds could have a good chance at equaling that mark.

Arroyo looks to win his third consecutive start Sunday afternoon when the NL Central-leading Reds try to sweep their series against a Cleveland Indians team that's dropped a season-high seven in a row.

Cincinnati (42-33) regained a one-half game division lead over St. Louis with Saturday's 6-4 win over Cleveland. For the third straight season, the Reds also won the Ohio Cup, given annually to the team that wins this battle of the Buckeye State.

"The bigger thing is returning to first place," manager Dusty Baker said.

The Reds, who clinched their seventh consecutive series win against Cleveland on Saturday, look to extend their overall winning streak to a season-high six in the finale. Cincinnati last won six in a row Sept. 20-26.

The Reds have to like their chances if Arroyo (7-3, 4.35 ERA) can pitch as well as he did his last time out. After walking a career-high six in a 7-1 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers on June 17, the veteran right-hander did not allow a free pass in Tuesday's 4-2 victory at Oakland. It was the first time this season he didn't issue a walk.

"I didn't make any adjustments," Arroyo told the Reds' official website. "Some days you can make free throws. Some days you can't. Last time out, I had horrible command. I just missed the plate a lot."

Arroyo, who is 7-1 with a 3.45 ERA in his last 11 starts, yielded four runs and seven hits in a 7-4 victory at Cleveland on May 21.

The Indians (26-47), who have lost eight of nine at Great American Ball Park, are 4-13 against the NL and a season-low 21 games below .500.

They'll complete their interleague schedule Sunday with Mitch Talbot (7-6, 4.08) on the mound. The right-hander was solid in Tuesday's 2-1 loss at Philadelphia, giving up two runs in seven innings of four-hit ball after getting tagged for eight runs in his previous outing.

"I thought Mitch did a very good job," manager Manny Acta said. "He made a lot of good pitches when he had to."

Talbot will make his first start versus Cincinnati.

Looking to help the Indians avoid their first eight-game slide since an 11-game skid Sept. 13-24, Talbot faces a Reds team that is batting a NL-best .275 with 4.9 runs per game.

He should be careful pitching to Reds second baseman Brandon Phillips, who is 4 for 10 in the series and batting .435 during the team's winning streak. Phillips is 9 for 21 versus the Indians this season.

Cleveland's Austin Kearns, who played for Cincinnati from 2002 until getting traded to Washington in 2006, is batting .353 in his last four games at Great American Ball Park. He is 3 for 10 with two homers lifetime against Arroyo.

    Re: spook's mlb play's 6-27-10

Thanks VERY MUCH Spook for this work
I am really sorry to ask such a dumb question but I am kind new and I just want to double check:

    " Jun 27 MLB [966] CWS -150 [Action] 3000.00 / 2000.00 265908 50 units!!! "

That means Play Chicago White Socks at -150 (I have just found it at -140 at bet365)
but after that I don't quite understand:
    "action" ?
    265908 ?
50 units ? what is your scale for the units?

    THX

yes ml if you found it for that price that's awesome!!

my 50 units is like 5* play it mean's it's a strong play!!
but remimber my bankroll my be different than youres!!
this might help i got this from another site and this how we should bet!!!

    MONEY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Money Management strategy I use is very simple,
very easy to follow...I was taught this by Matt "Lillefty" Dennehy

    1. Take your bankroll and divide it by 100.
what you get will be your basic base bet which is 1% of your bankroll

    Bankroll Base Bet (1%)
    $1,000 $10 Bet
    $5,000 $50 Bet
    $7,500 $75 Bet
    $20,000 $200 Bet

    2. Make each bet 1-5% of your bankroll with 4-5% being reserved for you best bets

    3. When your bankroll reaches a new plateau up your bet to keep your bets at 1%
    Example
If you Start out with a $1000.00 Bankroll and move up to $1100.00 then your 1% bet goes to 11.00 from 10.00 each %
Your plateau can be each new week like me or $100.00/$500.00/$1,000.00 dollar increments
Remember it is the same for when you go on a losing streak and Bankroll goes the other way....

    * When you cash out remember to keep your bets at 1% of bankroll*
if you have a $7500 bankroll and cash out $2500,
then scale down your bets to $50 once again.

    Jun 27 MLB [968] MIL -118 [Action] 2360.00 / 2000.00 50 units!!!

Part of a talented starting rotation, Seattle's Jason Vargas has more than held his own this season.

The left-hander looks to continue his surprise season with a fifth straight victory Sunday in the conclusion of the Mariners' road series with the Milwaukee Brewers.

After entering spring training hoping to simply win a spot in Seattle's rotation, Vargas (6-2, 2.66 ERA) is among the AL leaders in ERA with teammate Cliff Lee (2.39). He's also outpitched fellow Mariner Felix Hernandez (5-5, 3.28) through the first three months of the season.

"He's confident, even-tempered, and positive. Those are the three things that come to mind," manager Don Wakamatsu told the Mariners' official website. "He's a very level-headed kid."

Vargas, who couldn't stick with Florida and the New York Mets before going 3-6 with a 4.91 ERA for Seattle in 2009, allowed four hits and struck out seven in seven innings of a 2-0 win over the Chicago Cubs on Tuesday. He is 4-0 with a 2.11 ERA in his last nine starts.

"When you don't have above-average stuff like some starters, you have to repeatedly attack the strike zone so the hitter doesn't get a chance to breathe or regroup," said Vargas, who has allowed a run in 14 2/3 innings over his last two starts. "It gets them off their timing and rhythm."

Making his first start against Milwaukee, Vargas may be needed to put forth another long outing to save a short-handed bullpen.

Reliever Shawn Kelley is on the disabled list with an elbow injury and Brandon League has moved into the closer role while David Aardsma is away for the birth of his child. Brian Sweeney likely won't be available after throwing four scoreless innings of relief in Saturday's 5-4 win over the Brewers.

Jose Lopez hit a two-run homer and Milton Bradley added a solo shot as Seattle (31-43) avoided a third straight loss. The Mariners have won seven of nine overall.

Lopez is batting .325 during a 10-game hitting streak.

Prince Fielder homered Saturday for the Brewers (33-41), who had their season-high five-game winning streak snapped. After totaling 31 runs during that span, Milwaukee was limited to a four-run third inning Saturday.

"We weren't able to do much after that. It took the air out of us," said right fielder Corey Hart, batting .333 with 15 RBIs during an 11-game hitting streak.

Fielder is 4 for 12 with a pair of home runs in his last three games. Seven of his 15 homers this season have come in 14 interleague games.

Milwaukee's Chris Narveson (6-4, 5.76) takes the ball looking for a second straight victory Sunday.

The left-hander allowed three runs in five innings of a 7-5 win over Minnesota on Tuesday. He is 5-4 with a 5.52 ERA in 11 starts after spending the season's first month in the bullpen.

"It's a mentality a lot of times," Narveson told the Brewers' official website. "I think you're just trying to help the team win the game any way you can."

Narveson is making his first appearance against the Mariners.
