Kid lost a decision to Kanehara. He would certainly lose to Cruz.

Cerrone for me. More because I think Kelly sucks than I think Cerrone is good. I think Cerrone can keep it standing though and use his reach and kicks.

Pretty sure I am going to be on Belfort and Forrest here too.

Yeah, I think he is decent, but I think he will struggle against the top UFC LW's. He will probably be a solid gatekeeper type, but he will never be in the title mix IMO

Yeah his wrestling probably won't be good enough. His grappling seems to be solid though. The thing that impresses me about him is the fact that he was a pro kickboxer that came over to mma and won almost entirely by submission.

Akiyama has the tools to beat Mardquardt..he just has to actually give a shit about fighting. If that happens he can win. It should be something to look out for, some reliable word that Akiyama is actually training.

Maybe we should start a ROCK bets forum where we put all the fights we see down the road that we feel super confident in. Not Locks, but Rocks if you know what I mean. Just put in guys we think are def going to win and all argue about why. Then if we agree, bet it big.

I'm already on Machida and GSP. I think I'm going to stay away from Jones / Bader.

I have 9.6u on Jones. I have 5.1u on Machida but will go heavier close to fight time. But my remaining roll will go on GSP, and I will also be depositing money to bet him as well. I plan on 50-100u on GSP. Rare opportunity to make some 99% guaranteed coin.

Serra had punching power, so he could end the fight with one shot. The only way Shields wins this is by taking GSP down and holding him there repeatedly. He could pull out a crazy submission, but Shields is not really a submission wizard either. He is more of a control guy, though he obviously has some subs. It is possible, but I have to concur, it is extremely unlikely. GSP is pretty close to a lock.

I didnt mean Shields was goign to KO GSP it was more anything can happen. GSP could fall and break his arm or leg, he could get caught like Fedor did my point is you should never bet more on a fight than you can recover from.

What happens if GSP losses and he losses 100 units ? How many years would that take to rebuild ?
