Ok, I had to throw something down on Shogun by sub @+1925. Couldn't pass that up
Marquardt has been a sizeable favorite in every fight since Silva. He wins fights with his potent offense but loses when he gets controlled.
Triple-six killers in this motherfucker runnin shit
I'll put it this way, if I can get Marquardt at -300 or better against Miller, then I think it's a good deal.
I heart cock
Yeah Dan Miller is going to fucking destroy Nate Marquardt easily.
I just put 4.7u on Barboza. He is going to wreck Anthony Johnson.
I think Barboza is a way superior striker and has great TDD. His TDD may come into play because I read Njokuani is planning to implement his "all around game", but it's not like he transformed into a great grappler in a few months. I think Njokuani's striking is overrated because of that head kick he hit Horodecki with as well. I am pretty sure this fight is going to be on the feet 80%+ of the fight, and Barboza has these accomplishments in Muay Thai to show he is a superior striker (his Muay Thai has translated well in the cage, look at the videos I posted on this fight in the video links thread):
- GP Demolition Fight Champion - (Brazil's biggest event (São Paulo): 3 fights: 3 victories, 2 coming by KO)
- Three time state champion (Rio de Janeiro)
- Brazilian Champion
- Brazilian Circuit Champion
- Campos Open Champion (Campos)
- Submission Wrestling Champion(São João da Barra)
- Torneio Castelo das Pedras Champion (Rio de Janeiro)
- Two time Copa Ciam Champion (Rio de Janeiro)
- Niteroense Champion
- Cabo Fight Champion (Cabo Frio)
- Conquista Fight Champion (Bahia)
- Two time Demolition Fight Champion (São Paulo)
- Copa Thai Boxing de Muay Thai Champion. (Niterói)
- Festival de Muay Thai Champion (Rio de Janeiro)
- Runner up in GP La Gara (São Paulo): 4 fight: 3 victories 2 by KO.
- Mountain Champion: first round KO
edit: I also watched a clip on youtube where a local news station did a piece on him, and they mentioned out of his 28 Muay Thai wins, 25 were KOs in round 1
Indeed. Well I'll check those vids out.
I don't like the odds, though.

I'll watch it again when I am having a hard time falling asleep and report back to you the following morning
The Pyle/Almeida fight is interesting. Almeida is a better grappler, but Pyle looks like his wrestling has improved A LOT. I wouldn't be surprised to see Pyle win it on top position and cardio. Pyle should also have a striking edge.
I think a lot of the dogs look good. Actually, the only dog I don't think has a good chance is Wineland. I don't know much about Nkoujani/Barboza, so I will defer to you there.
