Truth. Thanks for the backup.

The thing is that I've had both family and friends who got horribly deep into drug addiction. My mom used to be strung out on pills, my friend Brian was literally a homeless crackhead, and my step-dad is a straight-up alcoholic.

I just don't equate taking a few hours at the end of my day to drink some beer or whatever to be a problem when I've seen what real addiction looks like, where people's lives fall apart.
