So THAT'S why Dana wanted Tito to lose.

Dos Anjos and Sotiropolous need a new agents. Wiman & Roller both get more than Sotiropoulous.

Yeah, I'm pretty surprised about a lot of those payouts.

Siver's making more than I expected and G-Sot is making a lot less. G-Sot was on the show forever ago. Why is the still making TUF money?
Tito's making a shitload. I thought it would be more like $250K.
Why is Condit making more than Urijah? They were both former WEC champs, but Urijah was THE face of the WEC.
    Bowles should be making more.
Njokuani only making $8K to show? He has been around a while and is worth a lot more than that.

Cruz making $20K to show is also bullshit. He's the champ and has been for a little while now.

There should be some baseline pay for anyone who holds a belt.

Matt Hamill: $58,000 ($29,000 win bonus)
    def. Tito Ortiz: $250,000

So Tito Ortiz got a raise after losing? Tito said in an interview when he begged for his job he had to accept a pay cut.

X, I think a lot of these low payouts for the WEC fighters is because they are from the WEC and might still be on those contracts. I don't feel like it right now, but find some payouts from events that Urijah, Cruz, and Njokuani were in during the WEC (the most recent ones) and compare the payouts.

    BOL:

Cain Velasquez: $200,000 (includes $100,000 win bonus)
    def. Brock Lesnar: $400,000

Tito made more than Brock (maybe not with the sponsors and stuff, but you get it)

I'm sure that's the case, but it seems like the UFC would've been like, "Okay boys, you're in the UFC now. New contracts for EVERYBODY!!!" and then they uncork a bottle of champagne.

Obviously some of those payouts are pretty bad, but given these guys sign multi-fight contracts it's not too surprising.

You guys do know those numbers mean nothing. It's just the UFC's way of fucking with people.

He's saying the UFC doesn't reveal it's locker-room bonuses or whatever. While this is most likely true, I don't see it as a valid rebuttal to the paltry pay guys are reportedly being paid.
