By now you have heard about “Black Friday” when the U.S. DOJ seized the domain names of the three biggest poker sites on the internet.

Last week Sportsbook.com, BetUS and SportsInteraction all pulled out of the U.S. market. Though they are allowing existing players from the U.S. to deposit, request withdrawals and place sports bets, they will no longer accept new players from the U.S.

According to one report, BetUS’s move is intended to lower the companies profile and not because of any direct issues with the Department of Justice.

Could this be the beginning of the end?
