    BIG AL's RED-HOT HOCKEY WINNER (28-8 RUN)!
At 7:35 pm, our selection is on the Tampa Bay Lightning over the Columbus Blue Jackets. The Lightning were having a very rough go of it heading into last week as they had lost seven straight coming into last Tuesday's game against the Bruins and things looking very much like Boston would come into Tampa and make it eight straight losses for the Bolts. But the Lightning surprised the defending Stanley Cup Champions and beat the Bruins by a score of 5-3 for their 12th home victory of the season. And that's been one of this team's only bright spots so far this season as the Lightning have an overall record of just 20-23-4, but have won 12 of 20 at home. They won two straight games on the road after the big victory over Boston, and now the Lightning come back home on a three game winning streak and have an excellent chance to win four straight for the first time this season as the hapless Blue Jackets come to town having won 13 games so far but more importantly only five on the road. Take the Lightning. As always, good luck...Al McMordie.
