Would also like to see Cerrone vs Pettis for a #1 contender fight.

    He didn't.

BTW, no full event breakdown like usual?

Those were my full post event thoughts. I have nothing else to say about the card. Pretty much all was as expected, with the exception of KZ being a good grappler. I guess I thought Stephens would do better than he did, but still expected him to lose.

Why are you never around for the events anymore?

You went from being around all the time to never being around.

Well, the obsession for MMA just sort of left me. I don't get too excited for many fights, and I haven't been watching any undercards or anything. I am still betting just because I want the money, but I have lost some interest in the sport. I am not paying attention like I used to. I watched the event last night on a stream while I simultaneously was watching another show. I missed probably 1/3 of the rounds, because I didn't switch back in time. I could have opened IWS up too, but my laptop is slow and I already had 2 streams going.

Maybe I am just in a funk and will break out of it soon.

You mentioned the other day that you had jumped the gun a bit and were "feeling" it again.

More the urge to win money than watch MMA. For a while I thought I was a monk. Now I want some more money, but still lack the ambition of the old days.

Pretty surprised how little KZ and Porier made. When you headline a card with a guy making absolute chump change, I guess you can't complain about low numbers. A headliner getting paid $14k is a disgrace.

I am not one that decries the pay scale too much, but these guys need to refuse to fight for $8,000... that's nuts.

They also get sponsorships but I do agree.
