    Interesting.

Forrest has not looked great lately, but he should still be able to beat Tito.

Maia vs Kim . . . that's interesting. I favor Maia but think that Kim could actually get the upset here.

    Fukuda/Phillipou . . . seems like a pretty evenly matched fight.

Maia... damn, that's rough. I was hoping at some point he was going to fight someone he could actually take down. Looks like we are going to see K1 Maia again.

Kim will probably win. Has anyone taken Kim down yet? Maia only takes fights that are the worst possible matchups for him.

I think it's going to be real close. Both guys are good grapplers with decent striking skills. Not sure who wins it. But I do know that Maia has looked like shit lately.

He has completely abandoned his base, but also, he has been fighting really tough guys. Weidman and Munoz are not scrubs, I felt he won the Munoz fight and he took Weidman on short notice.

Maia has never had a good gas tank, he pretty much always gasses in rd 3. He really didn't fight smart in the Weidman fight, and he was focused on using his jj to escape rather than sweep/submit. He has gone to pretty much an all underhook half guard bottom game, which is really a wrestler's guard. It is basically a single leg attack position or a position to help you stand without exposing your back. I don't know why he has gone away from his triangle game. It is frustrating, I think he is too concerned with losing a decision. In the old days he just threw caution to the wind and went for the finish. I am sure the quality of his opponents has not helped, but I think he should go back to his triangle based guard game, and then if he feels stuck, he can switch the underhook half game.

Apparently Bisping/Boetsch opened @-300/+240 on a UK book

i favor bisping but boetsche clearly has some power. He can also wrestle. Betting Beotsche is betting he cant land a big punch or wrestle a dec. Him wrestling a decision seems unlikely after seeing how Bisping did with Chael but you never know. No bet for me. If I had to bet, Bisping.
