That's a good fight for Hardy. I like it. I think he'll win.

I hope they keep him fighting some mid-tier guys for a while. He's plenty good enough for the UFC, but he's not going to win against the top guys.

Miocic/Struve is interesting. If Struve doesn't get stopped by the end of round 2, I can see him taking over. Keep in mind, this SHOULD be a five round fight

Amir has weak td that i think hardy can stuff. his muythai is pretty average too. hes a volume strikers with average power and chin. not sure he can take one of hardy's hooks.

I don't see why he can't. He stood up to Ludwig's power for three rounds, and Hardy doesn't hit as hard as Ludwig does.

I doubt Hardy will knock Amir out, but I do think he can win (I want to say "should" win, but Hardy needs to win a few fights for me to have too much confidence in him). Like mike said, Amir's takedown's aren't great. And while I do think he has pretty good striking, it's not great.

Bottom line is that Amir is a solid mid-level dude but nothing more, and that is exactly the kind of guy that Hardy should be able to beat.

Sadollah is more of a volume striker who seems to do his best striking when he has an opponent back pedaling and kind of "stuck" against the cage. I can definitely see Hardy implementing the whole "land some hooks and then clinch against the cage" thing like he did against Mike Swick.

I really only included that because all of the media outlets are referring to this as the "Nottingham card".

Stipe Miocic will open @-275, Stefan Struve will be +205

Yeah, I don't see why Miocic should be any considerable favorite over Struve. I put half a unit on Mr. Tall Gangly Man.

Stipe Miocic is going to either put Struve away violently in the first round...or just lose.

Miocic just seems like one of those mid-level guys who's just okay. What has he done that is particularly impressive? I mean, I wouldn't fuck with him or anything, but I haven't seen anything at all from him that indicates he should be such a big favorite over Struve.

I can't recall Miocic really living up to his Golden Gloves credentials. He's a solid boxer, but again, I haven't exactly been blown away or anything.
