3 rounds. This is 5 rounds. I don't know... if it stays standing, I could see it I guess.

I will probably be on Pierce at -160. I think his striking is better, and he's been facing tougher opposition.

    Couple thoughts...

    Travis Browne vs. Antonio Silva

Browne is pretty athletic, powerful and he movs well. However he also has shown to have poor cardio,. He hasnt fought anyone near the level of guys that Silva has fought. Nor has he fought a grappler. On the other side, Silva has been struggling lately. His takedowns are average, he gets hit alot, he is slow, and no power standing. If this stays standing it wont be close. Another thing I noticed is that Browne's offense is largely nullified when his opponent walks forward. If silva can stalk Browne, pressure him, and clinch/attempt takedowns throughout the fight than I think he wins. I like silva at these odds and will probably be betting him. I do not see this going the distance either and will probably parlay it with Thiago Santos on Bellators card.

    Jake Ellenberger vs. Jay Hieron

Rd 1 Ellenberger is one of the best fighters in the world. Value lies with Hieron and I can see him taking a decision here through counter punching and wrestling both offensively and defensively. Hieron has arguably won his last 12 fights in a row including wins over Rick Hawn, Brent Weedman, and Ben Askren. Talent wise this is close. Hieron's chin isnt the best and this along with Ellenbergers hype is what is causing this line to be inflated. Again I will probably be on the dog though.

    Danny Castillo vs. Michael Johnson

Johnson has developed some solid tdd which coupled with his good striking has made him a pretty good prospect. Castillo is one-dimensional. Standup isn't very good and not really much of a sub threat. Johnson has proven to have suspect cardio in the past and faded late in many of his fights. I do believe Johnson wins and I hope the line comes down.

    Shane Roller vs. Jacob Volkmann

Roller isn't very good. He does have power and decent subs though. Volkmann is really one-dimensional and can only win a dec imo.

    Diego Nunes vs. Bart Palaszewski

Never really thought much of Bart. Think nunes takes this one.

    Mike Pierce vs. Aaron Simpson

Pierce is always in close fights. I think he has the edge in this one but probably wont bet it unless it drops under -150. Dec prop will probably be like -300.

Pretty much agree with you/see where you are coming from on every single one.

I might take a stab at Castillo though.

According to Tavares, he won't be fighting tomorrow because Hallman was way over weight.
Damn. I loved Hallman +200. He is going to get cut..the underwear thing, missing weight at 140, and today.

    I didn't see Ellenberger..he look real bad?

Guess Hallman was 7 lbs overweight, Tavares said he would fight him if he got down to only 3 lbs over the limit...Hallman couldn't do it.

Also, Bigfoot Silva weighed in at 266. Browne 246. Bigfoot will probably be 285 tomorrow night and have a 40 lb size advantage.

Roller/Volkman -175, Stephens/Edwards -170, and the midgets -195 to go distance are props I like.

Damn, you can pretty much guarantee that's the end of Hallman in the UFC. Nigga should've stayed at 170.

I guess Helwani had the facts wrong:

@arielhelwani get your facts straight, I was three over at time of weigh ins and still had two hours. I am out of fight for personal reasons

@arielhelwani I was 2 and 1/2 over at weigh ins but am having personal issues. The UFC is helping me thru my problem. God bless @danawhite
