I mean, Guida might just bobblehead him for three rounds while Mendes tries to get a lock on him. Who knows.

I think Mendes has much better striking and can also take him down as needed. I don't know... but I am betting Mendes if under -400
2012: +19.33
2012 Parlay project: +16.5u
Mendes wont even be -200
You realky think he will be a heavy favorite?
I think mendes is much better but guida is probably a lot bigger. He almost got the decison against gray as well. I like the way chad is looking though.

I'd also be just a little concerned about Guida's size. Mendes is not big.

I pick Mendes to win but if he is a heavy favorite ill be on Guida.
Nate Diaz is -250 over Thompson at a euro book
Uyenoyoma...I am betting him at good dog odds.

Still can't believe Myles Jury beat Johnson like he did.

Confident in: Bendo, Cormier, Carmont.
Leans: Thomson, Brown, Uyenoya (under the assumption he will be better than +250), Romero.
I wont bet against Mir at those odds.
Mir/Cormier goes the distance is +245 right now. What do you guys think of this?
Cormier knocked out Silva and Dion Starling. The Starling knockout took a long time. It was more of a barrage until he was out. On the feet he outpointed Barnett, Monson, and Devin cole. He might be able to take out Mir but I like plus odds. It could get better by fight time too. It opened at +160.
Mir has been tko'd by a few guys but they were all some of the hardest hitters ( Carwin had him pinned against the cage, Brock had him pinned on the ground, and Junior outboxed him) Aside from those he hasn't been ko'd since back in the day after his motorcyle accident. I don't think his chin is that bad, he would probably have to get hit right on the button to go out. Cormier probably wont want to get to close to him because he'll want to avoid submissions so this could be a fight fought at range like Corm-Barnet, Corm-Monson. Everytime hes fought a submissionist he has tried to oustrike him. He's probably got better striking than Mir too, although I think it could be close. He could also grind him against the cage. That sorta puts him in the submission danger zone as well but I could see him feeling comfortable there.
