Well I found some stats for 2012. There were two draws. Neither of them came by way of point deduction. It's still a good idea in my book. Can't beat 90 to 1 odds.

There aren't really that many point deductions. The last draw like that I can think of was Kongo / Browne. 10-8 Rounds can be considered, too, especially if the loser of that round doesn't look totally finished, or the winner looks gassed. Of course, there's the added risk that the judges will call it 10-9. (I bet the draw live on Edgar / Maynard 3 after the first round, but obviously it didn't work out.)Originally Posted by edman5555
