My 75 Dime selection is Oklahoma State over West Virginia.
The current line on this game is +6 1/2 in Vegas and Offshore.
I advise buying the 1/2 point up to +7. If your line is +7 I advise buying up to +7 1/2. Be sure to shop around for the best line available.

Kelso 100* Appalachian St -15
Write up:
College Blowout Game of the Week 100 Units Appalachian State Mountaineers (3-1) -15.0 over GEORGIA STATE (1-3) Prediction: Appalachian State by 35-42 Played at Georgia Dome (71,250) in Atlanta Playing Surface: Artificial (Indoors) Home/Road Records: Georgia State 0-2 at home, Appalachian State 1-1 on road. Against Spread: Georgia State 2-2-0, Appalachian State 2-2-0. Over-Under Record: Georgia State 3-1-0, Appalachian State 0-3-0. Starting Time: 3:30 EDT TV: ESPN3, ESPN College Extra Home Team in Caps COMMENTS: Appalachian State was a major power in I-AA football, where it won three national championships, before transitioning to the Division I ranks, and has not missed a beat. This is the university that went into Ann Arbor in 2007 and knocked off Michigan, 34-32, in one of the most stunning upsets in college football history. In other words, this is a quality program with a long history of winning, unlike Georgia State which is in just its 5th year of playing football and in its second season at the I-A level. Appalachian has one of its best teams ever and has beaten I-A Howard, Old Dominion and Wyoming while losing at Clemson, 41-10. Georgia State scored its only win this season at winless New Mexico State, 34-32, and comes into this off a 41-33 loss to I-AA Liberty. Georgia State went 1-11 last season and will be an underdog in every game left on its schedule and simply does not have the talent to go head-to-head with Appalachian State and win. My figures say the Mountaineers will run off and hide from the host Panthers.
