Analysis: People are clearly reacting to the fact that Florida scored two points at home to FSU and then were beaten fairly soundly by Alabama, and both are true. But, they played SO hard for McElwain in the SEC Championship game that they ´ actually covered the number. They pretty much knew they'd lose that game, and this is a HUGE recruiting game in the state of Florida, too, especially since FSU and Miami have already lost. Michigan played their butts of for Harbaugh - but after their win over Utah on the road they really didn't have a marquee win. I don't consider BYU at home in that category. Michigan's did not play in a Bowl Game last season - so there's no real experience on the field, while the Gators did play in a post season game last year, and won. Yes, Florida has struggled to score, and in games they shouldn't have. But, even with Harris they put up 28 at LSU - so scoring isn't out of the question, and although I do like Michigan's defense, Florida's IS much better. They're faster and have simply played better teams than Michigan, not unlike why I like Notre Dame, or don't like Ohio State as the case is. This is simply going to be a low scoring game, and about an hour from Gainesville - so give me points.
