triple-dime bet 815 W.Virginia +3.5 (-110) Westgate vs 816 Gonzaga
Analysis: Waited to get the hook - I respect Nigel Williams-Goss big time and know him personally. I feel that if this play comes up short it will be due to his play. I'm taking a shot that Gonzaga has not faced a defense that applies defensive pressure like the MoĆuntaineers.
West Virginia on the other hand has taken out teams that have high octane offenses like Kansas & Iowa State. I think this line drops back to 3 by tomorrow but the Westgate and several other shops are offering 3.5 so I'm taking it.
Karnowski is a load down low for the Zags but they've actually gotten better play from Zach Collins. Carter & Miles have been exceptional of late and the Mountaineers.
Looking to get back minimum 3-UNITS on Huggy Bear!

GC: NBA Play
Thursday card has the 26-1 Sweet 16 play of the year along with a 21-0 5* Side system. NCAAB on a 46-19 run. In the NBA The 100% Western conference game of the month leads the way. NBA Comp play below.
The NBA Comp play is on the Miami Heat at 7:35 eastern. The Heat are hot covering 9 of 11 this month and 9 straight vs winning teams. The Raptors are 1-6 ats off a win of late and 1-7 ats vs South East division teams. Heading to the database we see that rested home favorites cover over 80% long term off a home favored win and cover as a 10+ point favorite if they scored 100 or more and their opponent comes in off a home game where they scored 120 or more like Toronto. The Host has covered 6 straight in this series and the winning team is 16-1 ats. Make it Miami tonight. On Thursday the Sweet 16 play of the year from a massive 26-1 long term system takes center stage along with a 21-0 5* release and the Western Conference Game of the month from an undefeated system dating to 1995. NCAAB cashed again last night as we are on a 46-19 overall run. For the NBA Free pick. Play on the Miami heat. GC

7-Unit Play. Take #812 Kansas (-5) over Purdue (9:35 p.m.)
Purdue is a tough, tough team. And I'm happy for them that they have made it to the Sweet 16. They are one of the best 16 teams in the country and have been all year. But they aren't going to win this game. And if I don't think they can win I don't think they can cover. There have been two really consistent things about this group of Boilermakers over the past two seasons. The first has been their struggles away from home. Yes, most teams play worse on the road than they do at home in college basketball. But Purdue's struggles outside of West Lafayette have gotten more pronounced this season. The second issue is that Purdue doesn't raise its level of play against the top teams. With rare exception, these guys have lost just about every big game against a Top 20 team that they have played the last two years. And I don't think that they have the guard play or the savvy to beat a powerhouse like Kansas. Purdue was able to beat Iowa State, a legit Top 20 team. But that was mainly a function of matchups; Purdue could absolutely punish Iowa State on the interior, the Cyclones' obvious Achilles heel.
Kansas has had its struggles this year. They have had plenty of off-field issues and incidents. But I think that this has helped to galvanized the Jayhawks. They looked great last weekend and I expect that to carry over. This is a really talented veteran group that has played in and has won a lot of big games. Three of their five starters played in the Elite Eight last year. Throw in superb freshman Josh Jackson and these guys have the talent and experience to win a title. Kansas matches up well with Purdue on the interior. And they have a huge edge on the perimeter. Winning in the tournament is about guard play. And right now there are few I would like ahead of Frank Mason. Add in the fact that Kansas is playing a de facto home game here - playing in Kansas City - and this one is clear. Rock, chalk.
