This game features the Washington Huskies at the Rutgers Knights. Watch this game on fox sports 1. Last year Washington simply man handled Rutgers 48-13 but that was a far different Huskies team as a'lot has changed and a'lot of stars have moved on to the NFL. I believe this line is super inflated due to how good Washington was last season and how bad Rutgers was.
