Randall Cobb (chest) is listed as doubtful for Week 3 against the Bengals.

This should move Jordy Nelson into the slot with Geronimo Allison and Davante Adams as the Packers' outside receivers versus Cincinnati. Nelson missed essentially all of the last game, but he practiced all week and called his Week 2 knee/quad injury a "charley horse."

Evan Engram is no longer listed on the Giants' Week 3 injury report.

He was originally listed as questionable, but apparently passed his final test in the concussion protocol.

Colts RCB Vontae Davis (groin) is listed as doubtful for Week 3.

Davis was able to get in some practice reps this week and looks on track to return in Week 4 barring setbacks.

Amari Cooper is no longer listed on the Raiders' Week 3 injury report.

Cooper was limited in Wednesday and Thursday's practices with some sort of knee ailment, which was the case in Weeks 1 and 2, as well. Just as he was in Weeks 1 and 2, Cooper will be all systems go for Week 3 against Washington.

According to ESPN Titans reporter Cameron Wolfe, Derrick Henry is expected to get a "significant workload" regardless of whether or not DeMarco Murray (questionable, hamstring) plays against the Seahawks in Week 3.

Jordan Reed (chest, shoulder, toe) is questionable for Week 3 against the Raiders.

Reed considers himself a "game-time decision" after putting in two limited practices this week. He's dealing with a variety of injuries including a broken toe that's hampered him since training camp.

Kelvin Benjamin (knee, ribs) wasn't listed on the Panthers' final injury report for Week 3 against the Saints.

Benjamin was absent for Wednesday's practice but returned to full sessions on Thursday and Friday. He has an enticing matchup against New Orleans this week and should lead the team in targets with Greg Olsen (foot) on the shelf.

DeVante Parker (ankle) returned to Dolphins practice on Friday, getting in a full session.

Parker sat out Thursday's session, but beat reporters all along insisted he was in no danger of missing Week 3

Chris Johnson will remain the Cardinals' starting running back for Week 4.

Johnson carried the mail on early downs against the Cowboys, but was ineffective. He was out-snapped and out-gained by Andre Ellington. Coach Bruce Arians decided Johnson was "rusty," and will get another chance against the 49ers.

Eagles OC Frank Reich says there's "no doubt" Wendell Smallwood will be in for an increased role in Darren Sproles' absence.

Reich is just confirming the obvious, but it's good to hear it from the horse's mouth. Smallwood soundly out-snapped LeGarrette Blount against the Giants, and out-touched him, too.

Redskins coach Jay Gruden said he is not going to give Chris Thompson more touches.

"He's going to keep pushing me for them, but he's not going to get them," Gruden said. The back is averaging a ridiculous 13 yards per touch so far this season, but the coach wants to make sure Thompson, who has a long injury history, stays on the field for 16 games.

Redskins coach Jay Gruden said Rob Kelley (ribs) will still be the team's "No. 1 lead dog" when healthy.

Kelley surprisingly sat out Sunday night's matchup with the Raiders, a game Chris Thompson dominated as he has all season. Still, Washington seemingly does not want to use Thompson as more than a complementary back, meaning Kelley should lead the backfield in touches when he is healthy. Kelley is expected to participate when Washington opens their practice week on Thursday.

Chiefs coach Andy Reid said he does not plan to scale back Kareem Hunt's workload.

The rookie is on pace for almost 300 touches, but his coach is not concerned about him hitting the wall. "No, I think we’re okay with how we’re using him," Reid said. "I just go off of the feel I have and the experience, we’ll be all right there." Perhaps the usage wears him down as the season goes on, but right now Hunt is as good as they come at running back. He will be an elite play in a great matchup against Washington on Monday night.
