Both of these teams have had light schedules lately. The Celtics haven't played in three nights. The Knicks in two. And since it is early season and these teams have had a lot of roster turnover in the offseason we think there is a really good chance that these teams struggle on the offensive end tonight. These shooters will probably have some rust and both teams will have good energy on defense with all the extra time off. Neither team has been very good offensively thus far this season. The Knicks have shot a tad over 43 percent while the Celtics have been even worse at 41.8 shooting. Neither team is shooting well from the charity stripe, either, and if that continues then we can shave a couple more points off this final score. Boston has been pretty good on defense and we are confident they can hold the Knicks to a real low score here and we aren't confident that they can put up a huge number on offense themselves. Six of the last nine meetings between these clubs have gone under the posted total.
