PAC-12 Conference rivals will clash on Friday night, when the 9th ranked Washington Huskies travel to Stanford Stadium to tackle the Stanford Cardinal. The Huskies have just one loss at Arizona State on the year and control their own destiny to reach the PAC-12 Conference Championship Game. On Saturday, Dante Pettis became the all-time leader in punt return touchdowns during a 38-3 rout of visiting Oregon. Pettis, who has nine career punt returns for touchdowns, also hauled in a 47-yard receiving touchdown on the night.
Through nine games, Washington ranks 54th in total offense and 38.6 points per contest. Stanford comes into this matchup ranked 72nd in total defense and giving up 21.3 points on average.

BYU (2-8) may be starting its third-sting quarterback in Las Vegas on Friday. The Cougars lost starter Tanner Mangum for the season last week with an achilles injury. Backup Beau Hoge played long enough to roll over an ankle that's been bothering him the last few weeks. That may mean that Joe Critchlow will start behind center. Critchlow has completed just 6 of 11 passes for 59 yards this season.
Junior running back Squally Canada had his best game of the season against Fresno State despite the Cougar loss. Canada ran the ball 12 times for 84 yards and a touchdown. He showed quickness and deciciveness in his cutting that he's lacked this season.
The best receiving target for BYU continues to be freshman tight end Matt Bushman. He has 40 grabs for 401 yards this season. Against the Bulldogs, he pulled in nine catches for 97 yards.
UNLV (4-5) has gotten worked by BYU in recent matchups, but the Rebels figure to have as much chance as ever to beat the Cougars. They won against Fresno State a couple weeks and got past Hawaii last week. Two wins in the last three games would mean bowl eligibility, which would be a remarkable accomplishment for UNLV.
Junior runnning back Lexington Thomas is having a tremendous year for the Rebels. He has carried the ball 162 times for 1,063 yards and 14 touchdowns. Thomas has found the end zone at least once in every game but one this season.

A win pct like 50 is terrific for any jockey/handler tandem. This filly's last race was back on June 16th but I do believe she can run a good one coming off a layoff. Only a bad break can keep this horse from having a chance. Loves the front, is breaking from the inside in a sprint race, and we're on a bullring.

This filly is a contender based on her earnings per start in dirt sprint races. The speed rating of 84 from her most recent contest looks competitive in here. RIGHT OF APPROVAL - Reason to like this filly as she has in the irons one of the best jocks using winning percentages over the last month. Rohena will almost certainly be able to get this filly to break out quickly in this event. PLAYINWITHTHEBOYS - Has been consistently racing well as of late. With a very good 88 speed figure last time out, will surely be a factor in this race.

WIGGLE IT JIGGLEIT - Taking this jockey/conditioner combination is a smart move. This filly's last speed fig is strong enough to triumph here, I'll wager on her back again this time around. This horse didn't run well in the slop in her last start at Gulfstream Park West. You should discount that performance. PLANET ROCK - This front runner is shortening up today. Should help her chances of winning. This mare is back in a race very quick. This is a great angle - Sprint horses that come back in less than 10 days after a race. A good sign of a sharp and ready racehorse. Trainer, Rodriguez, has been deliberate with this mare off the layoff. Look for a solid effort today. This horse coming off a strong try in the last month is a serious competitor in my opinion.

Boston is hot, no doubt, they have won 10 straight against a variety of opponents both credible and weak.
Keep in mind Horford is dealing with the concussion protocol, and Tatum left the game against the Lakers with a sore ankle so the Celtics are dealing with some injuries at the moment that are sure to slow down their point production in this one.
Charlotte is playing horrible. They have lost 3 in a row, and are just 1-5 on the road this season. The Hornets come into Beantown after losing in San Antonio, Minnesota and NY, where they simply disappeared against the Knicks in the fourth quarter with a double digit lead.
The numbers don't lie in this one for Charlotte. The under is 6-2 in the Hornets’ last 8 games playing on 2 days rest, 5-2 in their last 7 games following a ATS loss, and 5-2 in their last 7 games following a straight up loss.
For Boston, its much of the same. The under is 6-0 in their last 6 Friday games, 6-1 in their last 7 when their opponent scores 100 points or more in their previous game, 5-1 in their last 6 vs. Eastern Conference teams, and 9-2 in their last 11 after scoring 100 points or more in their previous game.
Given the fact that Celtics play 1980's style "in your face" defense, and Charlotte can't score on the road, we are going with the Under here.
