I think we are getting the Oklahoma State Cowboys at a discount tonight as only 1-point home favorites over the Baylor Bears. I think this line has been adjusted too much for the expectation that the Cowboys will have a letdown following their 84-79 upset of Kansas as 12-point road underdogs over the weekend.
But I think what counters that is the fact that the Cowboys will be out for revenge on Baylor from a 60-76 road loss to the Bears in their first meeting. I don’t question their motivation at all now and expect them to show up and take care of business tonight.
Baylor is just 3-7 in Big 12 play this season with all three of its victories coming at home. The Bears are 0-7 in true road games this season, getting outscored by 10.9 points per game on average. The Cowboys are 11-3 at home and winning by 12.0 points per game.
The Cowboys are 40-17-2 ATS in their last 59 home games vs. a team with a road winning % of less than .400. The home team is 15-6-2 ATS in the last 23 meetings. Bet Oklahoma State Tuesday.

I like the value here with the Wildcats, who I feel should be the ones favored here on their home court against the Wolverines. These two teams just played at Michigan last Monday and the Wolverines came away with a 58-47 win. That result combined with Michigan being the No. 20 ranked team in the country, we are seeing the Wolverines overvalued here.
What will get overlooked by a lot of people is just how good this Northwestern team has played at home. The Wildcats are 10-3 at home, where they average almost 8 more points/game and allow just under 63 defensively. You also have to keep in mind this is a talented Northwestern team that was expected to do a lot more this year in Big Ten play. They have started to play up to that potential here of late, winning 3 of their last 4, with 2 of those wins coming on the road.
Wildcats have a history of continuing to cover when things are going well, as they are 14-5 ATS in their last 19 when they come in having covered 2 of their last 3. Michigan enters off a hard fought 76-73 win at home over Minnesota. That's important to note, as the Wolverines are a 9-18 ATS in their last 27 off a home and a mere 2-9 ATS under Beilein when coming off a home win of 3 points or less. Take Northwestern!

This is the best team the Raptors have assembled in years, and with Cleveland really struggling this season Toronto is a legit NBA Finals threat in the east. Both teams are playing well right now as Toronto has won four of five and the Celtics have won five of six. But Toronto has covered in seven of the last nine meetings in this series and we like them laying the small number at home tonight. Toronto has a clean bill of health tonight and a clean injury report, which is rare in the NBA, while the Celtics have some players banged up, including Kyrie Irving, who has missed three games and is questionable tonight. Even if he does play he’s probably rusty. This is a very important game for both teams and we think the home squad has a real edge here.

The Memphis Grizzlies are in free fall mode due to all of their injuries right now. They are 1-5 in their last six games with their only win coming at home against the lowly Phoenix Suns. The Grizzlies remain without three of their best players in Mike Conley, Chandler Parson and Tyreke Evans. The loss of Evans is huge because he provided them a big spark and was playing very well. Conley and Parsons have both been out for quite some time now. The Atlanta Hawks are fully healthy and should be able to handle the Grizzlies at home tonight. The Hawks have recent home wins over the likes of the Spurs, Pelicans, Jazz and Timberwolves since January 15th. The Grizzlies are only 5-19 on the road this year. Atlanta is 6-0 ATS in its last six vs. Western Conference foes. Give me the Hawks.

My 1* Free Play is on the Philadelphia 76ers (8:00 EST).
Washington looks poised for a letdown here after winning its fifth straight without star guard John Wall in the line-up. Most recently the Wizards beat the Pacers 111-102, getting 21 points from Bradley Beal and 15 from Kelly Oubre Jr.
Philly though has lost four of its last five to fall back below .500. Most recently the 76ers fell 100-92 to the Pacers, led by 24 points and ten boards from big man Joel Embiid:
“It has been an up-and-down season for us. We’re just trying to find balance and be consistent,” Embiid said. “We’re still learning a lot, but being young should never be an excuse, so got to keep on working.”
The Wizards though have flat out struggled in this spot at times for bettors this year, interestingly going just 10-14 ATS against poor defensive teams which allow 106 plus points per contest.
The 76ers on the other hand have been “money in the bank” in this position, going 14-8 ATS at home this season and 20-13 ATS in their last 33 when playing with two days of rest.
I feel the conditions are right for a home side blowout. Consider a second look at Philadelphia tonight.

The Aztecs lost at home to Fresno State by a score of 77-73 a few weeks ago, and they are shorthanded heading into tonight's game at Fresno. Senior guard Trey Kell has missed the last three games, and Nolan Narain is questionable after sitting out the last two games. Kell will not play as he recovers from an ankle injury, and that is a big loss for San Diego State. The Aztecs have lost three straight on the road, four of their last six overall, and four of the last five in this series with Fresno State. The Bulldogs are 10-4 at home, holding the opposition to an average of just 66 points in those games. The Aztecs have failed to cover the spread in seven of the last eight meetings between the two teams, and they are 5-11-2 ATS in their last 18 road games versus a team with a winning home record. The Bulldogs are 15-5 ATS in their last 20 home games versus a team with a losing road record. The home favorite is only asked to cover a couple points here, and this line should probably be a little higher.

I'm recommending a play on Nebraska on Tuesday. The Huskers were picked to finish at or near the bottom of the Big 10 this season, but coach Tim Miles is doing a remarkable job blending in new players and the Cornhuskers are 17-8 straight up and 17-6 ATS. The Huskers have covered the number 10 of their last 11 conference games and 17 of their last 22 overall and already have beaten the Golden Gophers 78-68 in December. Nebraska has won three straight, including 74-63 at Wisconsin on Jan. 29 before having the week off. The Huskers are doing it with defense as they allow opponents only a .419 shooting percentage and 68.9 points per game. Conversely, Minnesota is having a disastrous season and has lost eight of its last nine games (2-7 ATS) after being expected to finish in the top half of the conference standings. The Gophers come off an OT loss at Michigan which should further demoralize them and they're dealing with injuries and a suspension. We'll back Nebraska on Tuesday night. Thanks & GL!
