NCAA-B | Michigan vs Penn State
Play on: Penn State -2 -110 at YouWager

Free Pick on Penn State -
I'm recommending laying the short number here with the Nittany Lions at home against the Wolverines on Wednesday. Penn State simply isn't getting the respect they deserve here on their home floor. The Nittany Lions are 14-3 at home with the most recent hot game resulting in a 79-56 blowout win over Ohio State.
Michigan comes in with the slightly better record and are the bigger name, but I think this is a really tough spot for the Wolverines coming off a huge win at home over rival Ohio State.
Michigan is just 10-19 ATS in their last 29 games off a home win, while the Nittany Lions are 7-1 ATS in their last 8 conference games, a perfect 6-0 ATS in their last 6 home games when they come in having covered 3 of their last 4 and 11-3 ATS in their last 14 home games vs top tier teams that are outscoring opponents by 8+ ppg. Take Penn State!

    NCAA-B | St. John's vs Marquette
Play on: Marquette -4½ -109 at pinnacle

Jack’s Free Pick Wednesday: Marquette -4.5
The Marquette Golden Eagles are holding on to slim hopes of making the postseason. If they can run the table, which is very possible as their final four games are against St. John’s, DePaul, Georgetown and Creighton, they could get in.
The Eagles have new life after picking up two huge road wins in their last three games. They went on the road and upset Seton Hall 88-85 as 6-point underdogs. They also upset Creighton 90-86 as 6-point underdogs. Now they will be looking for revenge from a 78-86 loss at St. John’s on February 10th less than two weeks ago, only adding to their motivation.
There’s no question St. John’s comes in playing its best basketball of the season with four straight victories that followed up an 0-11 start in Big East play. But with that success also comes some respect from the betting markets. And I think this number is now low enough to pull the trigger on Marquette as only 4.5-point home favorites over the Red Storm tonight.
St. John’s is 0-6 ATS following three or more consecutive wins over the last two seasons. The home team is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings in this series. Marquette is 18-8 ATS when playing just its 2nd game in 8 days over the last three seasons. Bet Marquette Wednesday.

    NCAA-B | Iowa vs Minnesota
    Play on: Minnesota -3 -104 at 5Dimes

Both of these teams have flat out stunk up the joint this season. The Gophers were once ranked in the Top 15 if you can believe that.
I will take Minnesota here for a few reasons. First, it is senior night for the Gophers which always adds some value to the home team and gives them motivation even though their season has gone bad. They didn't quit last game going into OT @ Wisconsin so I think they will show up. Also Iowa has been awful on the road just 4-11 SU. The Gophers get their revenge here tonight!

NCAA-B | Michigan vs Penn State
Play on: Penn State -2½ -108 at 5Dimes

My 1* Free Play is on Penn State (7:00 EST).
The 22-7 Michigan Wolverines are at Penn State to take on the 19-10 Nittany Lions on Wednesday night and for a number of different reasons, I think this one favors the home side.
Michigan comes in off a 74-62 win over Ohio State on Sunday, while Penn State lost to Purdue 76-73 in its latest action. Note that this is a “revenge” game of sorts for the Nittany Lions after the Wolverines took the lone meeting last year 72-69.
Michigan averages 74 PPG and it concedes 63.5. The Wolverines would limit Ohio State to 41 percent shooting and they’d get 17 points from Muhammad-Ali Abdur Rahkman in their most recent victory.
Penn State had its four game win streak snapped in its tight setback to the No. 6 Boilermakers, shooting 50 percent from the floor, but allowing Purdue to hit 49 precent itself. Tony Carr was a bright spot in the losing cause with 19 points, five boards and five assists.
The Lions have still won four of their last five games and they come into this one averaging 76.1 points and conceding 66.3.
Additionally I’ll point out Michigan is just 4-6 ATS already this year off a win against a conference rival, while Penn State is 4-2 ATS this season off a loss against a conference foe.
The Nittany Lions have allowed an average of just 61.3 points over their last three home games, which I think spells trouble for a Michigan side which has so averaged only 74 PPG this year.
I feel the conditions are right for a home side blowout and I will indeed highly recommend a second look at Penn State in this matchup.
    Good luck…Larry

NCAA-B | North Carolina vs Syracuse
    Play on: OVER 143 -110

    UNC at Syracuse
    over 143
This total just missed out as a PREMIUM PICK. Syracuse is at home and they play a solid zone defense but UNC is full of juniors and seniors that are used to the defense of Jim Boeheim's squad. Syracuse has played some low scores but most were against defensive teams like Virginia or struggling offensive teams like Pitt.
UNC has Maye, Williams, Berry and Cam Johnson to score. There should be late points from free throws and 3's to get this over the total.

    NCAA-B | Loyola-Chicago vs Southern Illinois
Play on: Southern Illinois +3 -105 at betonline

Play - Southern Illinois (Game 736).
Edges - Salukis: 5-0 SU and 3-1-1 ATS with revenge in conference games this season… Ramblers: 1-3 SUATS in this series… With SIU looking to avenge a 14-point loss to Loyola and playing its Last Home Game of the season, we recommend a 1* play on Southern Illinois. Thank you and good luck as always.

    NHL Free Pick: Chicago Blackhawks
The Senators have been a bad team all season and have really struggled on the road. Chicago beat up on Ottawa 8-2 back in January and we may see the same results again. The Blackhawks are the better team her. Lay it and play with the home team. The Chicago Blackhawks remain on their home ice on Wednesday and will host the LA Kings. Chicago is 25-27-8 on the season and are 7th in the Central. The Blackhawks are 1-8-1 over their last ten games and lost to LA 3-1 at home on Monday. Chicago is 13-14-3 on their home ice. Anton Forsberg will make the start in the goal for Chicago. Forsberg is 6-12-3 on the year with 59 goals. Forsberg carries a 2.96 goals against average and a .908 save percentage.

    NCAA-B | Florida vs Tennessee
    Play on: Tennessee -4 -102 at 5Dimes

1 Unit FREE PLAY on Tennessee -4
The Tennessee Vols have failed to cover the spread in three consecutive games. I think that fact has them flying a bit under the radar tonight as only 4-point home favorites over the Florida Gators. This is a Florida team that has been extremely inconsistent in going just 2-4 SU & 1-4-1 ATS in their last six games overall. Their only wins came over LSU and South Carolina. They lost to Georgia twice, Vanderbilt on the road and Alabama at home. Tennessee has gone 13-5 SU & 11-7 ATS in its last 18 home meetings with Florida. The Vols are 11-2 at home this year. Tennessee is 7-0 ATS against teams that commit 12 or fewer turnovers per game this season. The home team is 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings. Give me Tennessee.

    NCAA-B | Fordham vs Davidson
Play on: Fordham +18 -111 at pinnacle

    Dave’s Wednesday Free Play:
    1* on Fordham +18
The Key: Fordham has shown some life here recently going 3-3 in their last six games with upset wins over UMass and Duquesne. I think they’ll be hungry to avenge a 75-45 loss to Davidson in their first meeting this season on January 14th. They are playing much better since then, and I don’t expect the Wildcats to be fully focused for this one. They probably feel like they can just show up and win after already beating Fordham by 30. Bets on road teams as an underdog or PK revenging a home loss, off 2 consecutive losses by 10 points or more to conference opponents are 103-52 ATS over the last 5 seasons. Take Fordham.

NCAA-B | Seton Hall vs Providence
    Play on: Providence +1 -110 at 5Dimes

Don't miss ASA's 10* SEC EARLY MONEY MAKER tonight - Early tip at 6:30 PM ET!
ASA PLAY ON Providence +1 over Seton Hall, Wednesday at 6:30 PM ET
Providence has proven they can get it done at home having already beaten the top 2 teams in the Big East here (Villanova & Xavier). The Friars only conference home losses this year came in OT to Marquette, a game Providence led by 6 with 1:17 remaining, and vs DePaul. The 2nd loss may look bad but let’s remember the Friars had 2 starters with the flu in that game and another that was out with a concussion. There most recent home game was last week and resulted in a 6 point win over Nova. The Friars dominated that game as Nova’s largest lead was just 2 points. We expect an extra motivated Providence team here after getting whipped at Butler over the weekend (not unexpected coming off their huge win) and a game they shot a ridiculously poor 5 of 32 (11%) in the 2nd half. This is a revenger for the host as they lost @ Seton Hall back when the Pirates were actually playing decent basketball. That hasn’t been the case as of late for the Hall. They’ve lost 4 of their last 5 with their only win coming by 5 points at home vs last place DePaul. The Pirate defense has been horrendous during the 5 game stretch allowing 88 PPG while allowing their opponents to shoot over 50%. That’s in stark contrast to a Providence team that ranks #1 in the Big East in defensive efficiency (conference games). Both teams are on the proverbial “bubble” but we like the home team, off a bad loss, who plays much better defense. With this number where it is, we simply need Providence to win this game at home and we think they do.

NCAA-B | Michigan vs Penn State
Play on: Penn State -2½ -110 at YouWager

I'm recommending a play on Penn State minus the points on Wednesday. The Nittany Lions will look to garner their 20th win of the season in tonight's home finale against Michigan. PSU has won six of their last eight games with the only two losses coming by 3 on the road at Purdue and by 8 at Michigan State. They're 14-3 SU at home this season where they make 47 percent of their shots, average 8 steals per game, and force their guests into a 0.71 assists/turnovers ratio. Michigan has allowed their hosts to make an astounding 49 percent of their shots and have forced just 10 turnovers per game on the road. The Wolverines have dropped three of their last four on the Big-10 road, including a 9 point loss to Northwestern and a 20 point loss to Nebraska, while scoring just 52 points in each game. Michigan has dominated this series, but we expect Penn State to land in the win column by a spread covering margin. The Nittany Lions have covered seven of their last eight games, all coming inside the conference. I'm recommending a play on Penn State minus the points on Wednesday. Thanks & GL! Scott Spreitzer.
