NFL (269) LOS ANGELES RAMS VS (270) KANSAS CITY CHIEFS
Take: (270) KANSAS CITY CHIEFS
Reason: The Defending Super Champion Rams look pretty much dead in the water this season. Injuries has decimated the team and today they will be without two key starts. QB Matthew Stafford is out with a neck injury as is WR Cooper Kupp who is out with a ankle injury. The Rams have now lost four straight games and not score more than 20 points in seven of their last eight games. What was once a high octane offense now ranks 30th overall and 31st in rushing. The defense is still good though, ranking in at 10th overall. The Kansas City Chiefs have opened up a three-game lead in the AFC West at 8-2 overall. The Chiefs have won four straight games since their loss at home to Buffalo back on Oct 16th. The Chiefs have the top ranked offense in the league and 18th ranked defense. Not sure how the Rams will generate enough offense here on Sunday to keep up with the Chiefs. They haven't scored much at all the last eight weeks and I don't see that changing here today. Your Free play is on the Chiefs.

Sunday's Free NFL Pick: Bucs/Browns UNDER 42
I'll take my chances with the UNDER 42 in Sunday's non-conference matchup between the Bucs and Browns. This play is really based on the awful scoring conditions that these two teams will be forced to play in. There's a very high chance of rain during the game, but even more important is the wind. It's expected to be consistent winds around 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. Both of these teams are going to be forced to run the football a lot. That's bad news for Tom Brady and the Bucs offense, as they are one of the worst in the league in that department. Tampa Bay comes in averaging just 71 ypg and 3.1 yards/carry on the ground and that's come against teams who on average are giving up 119 ypg and 4.4 yards/carry.
Yes, running the ball is something Cleveland is pretty good at with Chubb leading the way, but this Bucs defense is really strong up front and should have no problem keeping the Browns run game in order knowing that's what is coming. I just think we are going to see a lot of empty possessions that eat up clock. I wouldn't be surprised if both teams failed to hit the 20-point mark in this one. Give me the UNDER 42!

Sunday’s FREE WINNER: Tennessee Titans.
Game 260.
10:00 AM PST/1:00 PM EST.
My friends a lot of sports is about momentum and streaks. Sports betting also has a lot to do with momentum and streak. And there is no team in the NFL running as hot as the Tennessee Titans. After a 0-2 start, they have now won seven of the last eight straight up and for our purposes more importantly, covered eight in a row. As a Sicilian I know a lot about revenge LOL. And Tennessee is looking for a bit of revenge against the Cincinnati team that ousted them from last years playoffs. Looking at the Bengals, they too have done well after a poor start. They kicked off the campaign dropping the first two contests. And have since gone 6-2 straight up, covering seven of those last eight. But I’m here to tell you the odds makers have the wrong favorite in this match up. The Titans should be at least a two or a 2.5-point point favorite here. They are playing in Tennessee. And the team comes in here having a few extra days to rest, heal, and prepare. Not only that, but in the Bengals last outing, a week ago on the road at the Steelers, guys it was a very physical game. I expect them to get very tired come the second half. Granted, I do believe Joe Burrow will have some success in the air here. But without an ample running attack to control the clock and keep the Titans defense on the field, I do feel they are at a disadvantage. Remember that Tennessee has one of the best running backs in the league in Derrick Henry, who will star in his own highlight reel in this matchup. Look for the Titans to utilize him to keep the Bengals defense honest and on the field. Tennessee is 6-2 ATS the last eight at home and 6-0 ATS the last six versus AFC opponents. Take the Titans. Thank you.

Sunday NFL Free play. My selection is on the 'over' between Denver and Carolina at 1 pm et on Sunday.
With the Broncos coming off six consecutive 'under' results and the Panthers fresh off back-to-back 'unders', it's no surprise that we're dealing with a very low posted total for this one. I believe it will prove too low. Neither defense has shown the ability to consistently bottle up opposing ground attacks. I actually like the release of RB Melvin Gordon for the Broncos as it opens up touches for Latavius Murray, who I feel has been their best looking back in a limited role this season. Meanwhile, the Panthers will turn to Sam Darnold as their QB carousel continues to turn. Darnold should at least provide an upgrade over P.J. Walker and Baker Mayfield and could give the entire team a (brief) spark on Sunday afternoon. It's easy to forget that the Panthers are just one game removed from a four-game stretch that saw them score 21, 34, 21 and 25 points. Take the over.
