There are definitely 2 angles into my play on this game.

First, the fact that Duquesne is dealing with a plethora of injuries, with a few of their key pieces potentially out of this game. Plus, outside of Kentucky, this is arguably their hardest game of the season, against a Marshall team that matches up well against their impressive 3-point shooting numbers.

From Marshall’s side, they definitely definitely have the better defense and they have the definitive height advantage. Explaining why they are one of the best teams in the nation shooting the ball from inside the arc, hitting over 55% as a team.

In terms of their efficiency, Marshall is one of the best passing teams, have avoided turnovers, and they can definitely grab the rebounds. Resulting in a pretty efficient offensive unit as a whole for the Thundering Herd. This is without question their most difficult game, but they are top-10 in the nation in average experience per player, so they aren‘t new to the environment of a more difficult team.
