An important trend is that new offensive coordinator Joe Brady has been putting his trust in Allen’s hands with the season hanging in the balance. He’s tossed the ball 51 and 42 times in their last two games, respectively. Again, we know Dallas has a great pass rush and defense, but their opponents usually have to throw the ball all game as they typically play from behind. Over their last 3 games Dallas has given up 37.7 pass attempts/game. Lastly, we know that in big games the Bills give Allen the ball ALL GAME. In his last 3 playoff games he has thrown the ball 37, 39, and 42 times. While this isn’t a literal playoff game it has the same importance for this Buffalo team.
