The Syracuse Orange are 9-1 SU at home this season. I like the fact that they are coming off their first home loss of the season because it gives us the opportunity to 'buy low' on the Orange tonight against the NC State Wolfpack.
This is a tough spot for NC State after losing in OT on the road to Virginia on Wednesday. Now they have to go on the road here with just two days in between games to rest and prepare for Syracuse. The Orange have had the last three days off and will have the rest and preparation advantage, especially with their last game at home so there's no travel involved.
NC State is 1-3-1 ATS in true road games this season including a 20-point loss at Ole Miss. Syracuse is 5-0 SU & 4-1 ATS in its last five meetings with the Wolfpack. The Orange are 6-0 ATS in their last six home games following an upset loss as a favorite. Bet Syracuse Saturday.

This looks like a letdown spot for the Alabama Crimson Tide coming off their huge win over their biggest rivals in the Auburn Tigers on Wednesday. They won't be nearly as hungry to beat the LSU Tigers here three days later, and that's going to make it tough for them to cover this inflated 13-point spread. We've seen LSU handle themselves well on the road this season in conference play upsetting Texas A&M by 15 as 11.5-point road dogs and only losing at Georgia by 2 as 4.5-point dogs. They did lose by 15 at Auburn as 13.5-point dogs, but that was a respectable effort. Alabama is 1-11 ATS in its last 12 games off a home game where both teams scored 75 points or more. The Crimson Tide are 3-16 ATS in their last 19 games after allowing 75 points or more in consecutive games. LSU is 8-1 ATS in its last nine games against good 3-point shooting teams that make 37% of their attempts or better. Give me LSU.

ESPN2 matchup Saturday night. Battle of LA time as the UCLA Bruins (8-11, 8-10-1 ATS) take on the USC Trojans (8-11, 9-10 ATS) on Saturday at 8pm ET. The Bruins (8-11, ATS) have value here catching points in their rivalry game with USC.This is a game that usually has a lot of hype, but this year, things are. little different given the struggles of both teams. Injuries have hampered USC, while UCLA has severely under-achieved this season. Trends, the total has gone OVER in 10 of USC's L14, and OVER in 5 of USC's L6 at home. Plus, the total has gone OVER in 4 of USC's L5 Saturday matchups. USC over 70 in 14 games. UCLA over 67 10x. Last game out the Bruins lost 77-71 to Arizona Saturday. Also on SAT, USC lost 82-67 to the Arizona State. UCLA leads H2H 35-23. Last year USC won the last matchup 77-64 on 1/26/23. I'm expecting the total for this one to come in north of 142+.
