8-Unit Play. #527. Take Minnesota -11 over Washington (Wednesday @ 7:10pm Est)
This game makes sense for us as what if I told you that Washington, of all teams, has beat Minnesota the last 7 times they have played. Furthermore, Minnesota just lost to Charlotte by 3 points and that too, it was a shocking loss as they lost at home by 3 points, after getting outscored 18-36 in the fourth quarter. This is a Minnesota team that lost to Charlotte by 3 points, lost to OKC by 5 points in the last couple of games and I don't think they lose 3 in a row here to be honest. Remember, Minnesota has all the talent in the world as they beat a good Orlando team by 20 points, beat Houston by 20 points, beat the Clippers and I think with the slight historic revenge angle here, coming off back to back losses and of course, the way they lost in their last game to Charlotte giving up 36 points in the 4th quarter, scoring just 18 points, I think they don't let the pedal off here and we like Minnesota to win by a wide margin this evening. Plus, a bigger margin of victory than what Denver just gave to Washington, in their last game, would speak volumes as well as a small way to troll Denver.
4-Unit Play. #712. Take Alabama -3.5 over Auburn (Wednesday @ 7:30pm est)
Great 4*Winner on FSU beating Syracuse Outright last night. Let's roll with Alabama here a we think they will have quite a bit of success against Auburn. We are aware that Alabama has beaten Auburn in back to back games coming in but we like that the Tide are favored over the #8 team in the land here. What you have here is a 16-2 team facing a 12-t6 team and we like the 12-6 team to do quite well. Note, that Alabama just lost to Tennessee by 20 points coming in and they are going to be furious. This team gave up 91 points to Tennessee in their last game and that is going to irritate them more than anything coming in. Note, that Alabama has 4 solid upperclassmen, Auburn is 5-0 in conference play but has not beat any team in the top 20 in power rankings this year and Alabama though not ranked, is a top 20 power ranking team. Alabama went 4/21 from 3 point land last game, could not have shot any worse, they get back in rhythm here today as they avoid the 22 turnovers which did them in the last game. Bama rolls in our opinion today
