Yeah its pretty obvious Fallon will have some advantages. You can't undo what nature has done. They don't really make him into a women. It's not like he now has ovaries and can produce life. They just chopped his balls off and gave him fake titties as well as some hormone injections. Its not really a sex change because you can't really change someones gender.
