umm I was about 160 when I started, and right now I around 240. sooo 80 lbs.
edit: Almost 4 years. I started out after I got my license which was about 1.5 months after my 16th birthday. I turned 20 last Sunday

Just flip through the days if you want. The days where there are only like 2 meals in there are days I kind of fell off and went out and ate with friends so I didn't bother keeping track. I am basically shooting for a minimum of 400g protein a day and consistently getting 3k+ cals in.

Yeah.. when dehydrated on a bodybuilding stage at like 3% bodyfat. I am a little fat too, carry a lot of muscle in my legs, and have dense muscles as it is, so I weigh more then I look for sure. I am actually putting together a diet now to start tomorrow to start cutting some body fat. I am getting too heavy. I am most comfortable around a lean-ish 230 lbs.
