I got into a couple of those freeroll tourneys, just to get my feet wet.

Best I did was 678/9000.

Last time I played was two years ago in Vegas in a 35 ollar buy in tournment at the Excaliber .It had 39 people in it and I got third for 135 dollars. I havent played since.

The best way to get better is to get read a couple books on poker.I'm not kidding thats what my brother does and of course a lot of practice

My brother played in 4 dollar buy in tourneys online forever until he won like 1200 in one then he started playing 10 dollar buy ins until he won about 10k now he plays in the 200 -500 dollar buy in range .It just takes time if you have the patience (which I dont)

Thats kind of what I want to do. I love playing, but like you said, the patience is tough.
