That's a good question. That would probably make shit too complicated, but Luke's the man on this shit so who knows.

Oh, hell yeah. Dude, I fucking love Gerald Harris.

Did I tell you I talked to him not long ago? I'm trying to get the Ultimate MMA editor to let me do a profile of Harris, but apparently he doesn't have enough notoriety yet. Maybe now he'll let me do it. That's three (T)KO finishes in three fights, and I think all were against undefeated guys.

I think the adjusting on the fly is bullshit, just so everyone knows my opinion.

Gives a HUGE advantage to those of you who watch the fight and post on IWS at the same time. I know no one cares, but just wanted to say you guys are homos and you cheat.

After I win this event, I am taking your money and running. I am boycotting future events.

It is a pretty good advantage. I dont really post much after the first fight or two, so Im not on either. That said, I got you guys right where I want you.

LOL it was your idea to leave it open during events .

Luke, are we going to keep this open during the event? I think it would be fun when a guy goes on tilt during the event and loads up on the main event or something like that.

Dont get me wrong, I aint hating, Im just sayin its a good advantage to make the bets during the event. Im sure as the end nears, we all will be doing it.

Yeah, but I voiced my opposition to the rule before I did it.

Also, as the the bankrolls vary now, I see Luke waiting until he sees how everyone else's bets go before making his play... I am just saying, I don't like the rule and I am boycotting future events unless it is stricken. I am still going to win this one, but you guys will never get your oppotunity to get your money back from me unless I get my baby way.

Thats fine we can change it for the next contest I have no problem with that.

I'm not paying attention to what everyone else is on I just like waiting till the last minute to put my selections in .I do the samething when I'm betting multiple sections in real life ,I always have ask Zak

Even if I was watching every single play everyone else was doing how would that be an advantage?

MMA_scientist

Because if you have a position, in your case #2, you can see how my bet (as #3) and Ludo's bets (#1) play out to decide if you need to put any money at risk. If I lost my 20u bet, and Ludo dropped 30u that he had at risk, you would not need to bet at all to be in a commanding lead. But since I won, I would have gained a lot of ground on you had you not bet. And Ludo won too, so he would have widended the gap considerably... so you know you need to risk money to keep pace.

It is also an advantage to wait to see the plays other have made before making your plays. If you are in the lead and you bet the same fights the guy behind you bets, he can never catch you (but someone else might).

I know that you are not doing all this, just sayin... it is an advantage.

Also, you do know I am only mock indignant right?

Mr. IWS

Why are you guys wasting your time talking about a contest I already won?

MMA_scientist
07-06-2010, 04:38 PM
^^ The funny thing is that you could still totally win. Luke and Ludo will have to keep betting a lot to out-do each other, eventually they will both take big hits. You just need to hit 1 underdog and you could be in the lead. You could actually take the lead on the next event by taking Vlad for 20 to win 80.

I see what you're saying now. I knew you had won your Roberts pick before I placed any of mine but I expected since you won that to come back and put something else in. Ludo had so many wagers I had no idea how he was doing
