The Timberwolves are currently on a 12-game losing streak and have all of five road wins this season. Despite the losing, the Timberwolves have been well over the line as a big dog, carrying a 6-2 ATS mark as a double-digit dog since early December. The Nuggets have played at a high level since trading Melo to the Knicks, despite their loss last night, making two of the last three in the loss column. The T-Wolves aren't going to get the Nugget's juices flowing, and with no rest, Denver will likely tread lightly here. Minnesota is 6-1 ATS in their last seven as a dog of 11+ , and own the line at Pepsi Center where they are a perfect 7-0 ATS their last seven trips here. Take Minnesota and the points here.

Chris Young just couldn't get things going in San Diego. In his first start in New York he made a statement. Against Philadelphia, he allowed just 1 run while striking out seven. I like him this afternoon against a Washington team that hasn't gotten things going offensively. The Nats are averaging just 3.6 runs per game thus far on .222 hitting. Since last season, Washington is just 11-31 when taking to the road as an underdog in the +100 to +150 range. New York gets this win.
