Everyone starts with a hypothetical $100.

Bet whatever fights you want as often as you want, but no more than $15 on any one fight ( that's risk amount not win)

Make sure you don't bet more on an event than is in your bankroll.

No in event betting , once the event has started no more contest wagers will be allowed .

I'll be using Pinnacle's lines for the contest unless they don't offer lines on the event , in that case I'll go with bookmakers

Contest is a winner takes all

The contest will run for these events :

10/1/2011 UFC Live 6 - Cruz vs. Johnson X
10/8/2011 UFC 136 - Edgar vs. Maynard 3 X

Wow, close finish. Congratulations, SPX.

Also, congrats to you all for finishing positive. That's pretty impressive for a format that encourages wild betting.

Wow, close finish. Congratulations, SPX.

Thank you, sir.

It was super-close. Too close for comfort, as they say. I ran through a lot of options for betting tonight--everything from not betting at all to going crazy and betting like I was in the last spot in the contest. Thankfully, I was able to squeak by, but wisemann was right there on my tail, like a creepy fucking stalker or something.

I thought about just sitting this one out and luckily I did not. I also thought about putting a bet on Story and luckily I didn't do that shit either. Either one would've dropped me to 2nd.

Also, congrats to you all for finishing positive. That's pretty impressive for a format that encourages wild betting.

I noticed that, too. Everyone at least won some "money." Except for Luke, who is permanently stuck at 100.

I'm waiting for the day when the winner of the contest is the guy who was the least in the negative.

I appreciate the good sportsmanship there.

In any case, it's time to gloat. . .

When I started this contest, it was with a dream: To prove that my first win was no mere fluke, but that I am in fact the superior player and an unstoppable force of overwhelming manliness. And now, with tears in my eyes, I reflect upon the fact that I have risen up from humble origins as a nondescript schoolboy from the South to become the first ever 2x IWS Contest Champion.

Unfortunately, this is like the Highlander . . . there can be only one. And in case there's any confusion, that one is me. But you should all be proud of the places that you have taken in the contest, so long as you did your best. Because, even though your best wasn't good enough, it's still your best. Does a special education teacher scold a retard when he colors outside the lines? No, she praises his work and tells him that he's doing a good job. Well, you all maybe colored outside the lines, but you still gave it your all, and for that I praise you.

I would also like to take a minute to thank my fans and supporters. In this, I'm referring to those timid souls who chose not to play because they knew that with my entry the contest was already lost for them. I know that you have all been cheering me on in your hearts even if you never actually told me so.

So onward now, gentleman . . . onward to the fourth contest. Onward to victory. Onward to glory. Onward to financial gain. And onward to my 3rd contest win.

Real talk. . .

1. Very close finish. Wisemann, you're fucking dangerous. Even with a lead of $30 with only one event left a nigga is just not safe from you.

2. It is cool that we all ended up in the positive. I wonder if there's anything we can learn from these contests that will help us out in or real betting lives.

3. Ludo gave me real contest props after UFC on FOX. Thanks, homey. I was hoping you'd come in 2nd.

4. Also, thanks Ludo for running the contest.

5. Luke should play next time.
