Friday 6* Top Play 100% leads Big 3 Game Bowl card with all systems cashing over 90%. Bowl plays sweep going 5-0 on Thursday as football remains ranked #1. In the NBA There are 3 Triple Perfect system 5* Plays, one is the Total Of The Week. In College Hoops the lead play is a 5* Side with 10 Power Angles. Free Bowl play below.

The Free Tax Slayer Bowl play is on Iowa +3.5 points. Game 267 at 3:20 eastern. Iowa has advantages on both sides of the ball in the rushing category and are 5-1 ats with rest. As we saw on Thursday Big 10 teams can take down SEC Teams, see Ohio. St and Wisconsin, both of who cashed big for us. The Hawkeyes have handled their business vs SEC Teams winning 4 of the last 5. Coach Ferentz has covered 7 of 9 as a bowl dog. Tennessee had a better than expected season and squeaked into a bowl at 6-6. However they were just 3-6 vs fellow bowlers and are 2-15 straight up vs winning teams, 0-5 this year. With Iowa taking 4 points here they look like a live dog. On Friday there are 7 games up 3 Big Bowl plays led by a Top 6* 100% System winner + 2 more best bets and a 3 game Triple perfect NBA Card led by the Totals Of the week and an 18-0 System side. In College hoops its a 5* Dominator with 10 power angles. Jump on and cash big as Bowl plays went 5-0 on Thursday. For the free play. Take Iowa plus the 3.5 points. GC

triple-dime bet 270 Kansas St. 1.5 (-110) Bookmaker (http://www.bookmaker.eu).com vs 269 UCLA
Analysis: Kansas State +1.5 3 stars. I normally Nail line moves, but this one is against the public who is on UCLA, so I am not sure where this line goes. Two pretty equal teams here, the handicap really comes down to motivation and venue. Although both teams had aspirations to have a bigger Bowl Game, all reports are that K State is "UP" for this game. They should have a nice hidden HFA here in San Antonio, deep in Big12 country. Snyder is a huge coaching edge vs. Morra, AND his teams have ALWAYS been great off a loss. I see this game playing out similar to Az/Boise, where Boise was sky high and Az was down.

No Limit---Houston

The Houston Cougars enjoyed an up and down season this past year and now they will look forward to one more good effort. The Cougars, who were 7-5 on the year with a 5-3 inter division record, will be heading out to play at the Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl against Pittsburgh. The Pittsburgh Panthers were 6-6 on the year while also splitting all of their games within the ACC. The Cougars are 11th in the league in defensive prowess as they are only allowing 19.5 points per game on the year. The Cougars play grind 'em out games by focusing on shutting down opposing playmakers. The Cougars are only averaging 29 points per game. Houston likes to move the ball on the ground, primarily. As a team the Cougars rack up around 200 yards per contest. Kenneth Farrow leads the team in rushing. Cougars are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 non-conference games. Most non conference opponents take this conference and teams too lightly. This game will show that. TAKE HOUSTON
------------------------

Perfect Play---Iowa

The Hawkeyes just barely escaped the Big 10 with an above-.500 record this season, while the Volunteers couldn't manage to get off the ground. Nevertheless, the two teams face off in the TaxSlayer Bowl on Friday with both squads looking to close out the year strong. You don't need to look far to know who Iowa's best player is. Junior quarterback Jake Rudock has had a great year, with nearly 2500 passing yards along with 16 touchdowns and just 5 interceptions. His arm strength and game management have helped four different Hawkeye wide receivers catch for over 300 yards and 2 touchdowns. He's a great ball distributor: no Hawkeye has more than 50 receptions. The Big Ten started off bowl season in good way and think it continues in new year as Iowa finds a way to win this one. With Ohio St winning last night this also show the depth of the Big 10 as being underrated. Coach Faerentz has been great covering in bowl games and think he is the difference in this one. Young Vols team will show nice improvement with the extra bowl practices but turnovers cost them again in this one. TAKE IOWA

4 Unit Play. #266 Take Pittsburgh Panthers -6 over Houston Cougars (Armed Forces Bowl, Friday, 12 pm ESPN)

4 Unit Play. #268 Take Tennessee Volunteers -3 over Iowa Hawkeyes (Taxslayer Bowl, Friday January 2nd 3:20 pm) I believe Coach Butch Jones is overrated and people believe Tennessee is back but that is not the case just yet. But they are playing Iowa and Kirk Ferentz, who knows a thing or two about being overrated. Iowa just do not do anything really well, they are ok on both sides of the football but not great. Iowa lost three home games this season despite playing in the Big 10 West and Tennessee should be able to move the football up and down the field in this contest. Tennessee is happy to be back in a bowl game and they are an up and coming team where Iowa has just been mediocre for the last five years. Iowa has lost two straight bowl games scoring just 28 combined points in those contests.

8 Unit Play. #269 Take UCLA Bruins -1.5 over Kansas State Wildcats (Alamo Bowl, Friday January 2nd 6:45 pm ESPN) Bowl Game of the Year. The talent edge in this game greatly favors the Bruins. Kansas State is a very well-coached team, and they do not beat themselves, but that does not get it done when playing top-tier teams. UCLA dominated in their bowl game last year, and that is how I see this game going as well. This will be the last game for QB Brett Hundley, and I expect him to go out with a bang. The Wildcats finished 9-3 on the season, but all three of those losses came against teams that had better talent than they did. They lost by double digits to Baylor and TCU, and we have now found out that beating Oklahoma is not that impressive. Kansas State gave up 553 yards to TCU and 584 yards to Baylor, and most of their impressive defensive numbers came against lesser teams. Despite laying an egg in their last game against Stanford, UCLA had won five straight games and righted the ship in a big way after back-to-back losses at home. I just do not believe Kansas State has the playmakers to threaten this UCLA defense and feel the Bruins will pull away in the second half and win this game comfortably. Kansas State is 1-5 ATS in their last 6 bowl games. UCLA is 11-4 ATS in their last 15 games following a double-digit loss at home

The Washington Huskies go for their 2nd straight nine-win season tonight as they face the Cowboys of Oklahoma State.

The Huskies have been consistent offensively this season, averaging just under 31 PPG and 390 total yards in 13 games, but I really like the how the Huskies defense has played throughout the campaign. They sport one of the most impressive linebacking cores in the country in my opinion. Their run defense ranked in the top 20 in the nation giving up just 121 YPG on the ground to opposing runners.

The Huskies ranked 3rd in the country with 49 sacks and 5th in the country with 15 fumbles recovered. DT Danny Shelton, LB Hau’oli Kikaha and LB/RB back Shaq Thompson were named All-Americans, making Washington one of two schools with three players on the All-America first team, joining Florida State.

Oklahoma State have struggled on the offensive side of the ball this season, their QB trio have combined for 17 TD to 16 INT through the air with a sub-par 54.5% completion percentage. The Run game will be centred around Desmond Roland who 100-yard mark in a game this season and averaged a mere 3.8 per carry.

In my view, this match up will come down to the strongest defense prevailing to force stops and turnovers. Throughout the season, the Huskies recorded a + 12 turnover ratio, the Cowboys had a - 8 turnover margin. With the uncertainty at QB for Oklahoma State, I like Washington’s defense to step up and take full advantage. I’ll lay the - 6.5 with the Huskies.

WASHINGTON - 6.5

As much as we love Kansas State Head Coach Bruce Snyder, the fact is that the Wildcats have struggled in bowl games, going 2-6 straight up and 1-7 ATS in their last eight appearances. For the Bruins, it’s all about QB Brett Hundley, who we expect to be not only fully focused and ready to have a big day in his college finale, but he’ll also be 100% healthy after injuring his hand in the regular-season finale against Stanford. In a near pick’em game, let’s take the more motivated team with the better QB.

“1 UNIT” LATE NIGHT NATIONAL-TV COLLEGE BASKETBALL PERCENTAGE SIDE (Colorado -5’ at home versus UCLA in a 10:05 pm eastern tipoff telecast on Fox Sports One cable):Even though host Colorado is on a 2-4 slide including consecutive outright setbacks they have been cast as a substantial favorite tonight against one of college basketball’s more “storied” programs. But currently UCLA is struggling and that includes a humbling nationally televised recent Saturday appearance (CBS) when they weee torched by an 83-44 count on a neutral-court versus #1 ranked Kentucky. The Bruins pulled another offensive clunker in the next game tallying just 50 points in a setback at Alabama and they stay on the highway this evening. The posted total for tonight’s game is 134’ points which opens the door to a long term statistic that sees UCLA with a posted spot in the 130’s going a dismal 2-10 “against the spread”.Investors also cringe since UCLA when facing any opponent (like Colorado) with a below .500 record have FAILED to cover the spread SEVEN consecutive times

Analysis: There are plenty of 5's around, and there should be more as the day wears on. Denver isn't as god as we've been accustomed to, and South Dakota State is better than people think. Denver will play super-slow and simply shoot three-balls all night long. If they make them, they win, if not, they lose. This is of course the conference opener, and as time wears on I simply will not take many road teams. But, SDSU just played at Utah and at Northern Iowa, so this is clearly a step-down in class. SDSU is bigger and played a better schedule. They shoot three's as well, but CAN score inside (see bigger) and get to the line a fair bit, where they do shoot a shade over 70%. They don't turn the ball over and play reasonable defense, including on the perimeter. Denver plays ZERO defense so this should almost be a game of horse. Denver's bench is thin, so if they get into foul trouble it could be over earlier rather than later. I do like this a fair bit asa 1H bet, too, since teams tend to tire in the alttitude. SDSU won at St. Louis and at Utah State, so both playing on the road and winning on the road have already been done, which is what makes this a bet.

Write up:
Even without Lebron, I think Cleveland will have more than enough talent to beat a Hornets team that also suffered a huge blow lately, with Al Jefferson’s injury. Without Big Al on the court, Charlotte has no inside presence on the offensive end and they will need to settle for jumpers and drives to the basket. With Marion back, Cleveland’s perimeter defense should be able to handle Charlotte’s offense rather well, especially because the Hornets have been struggling a lot on outside shooting as of late.

On the other hand, Cleveland will have Love back for tonight’s game. Therefore, I believe that Cleveland with Love and Irving in the lineup, the Cavaliers will have too much offense for a Hornets team that has begun to struggle once again, especially now that Jefferson is out with an injury. This might be a close game, but down the stretch I trust a lot more on Irving than on Charlotte’s offense that normally settles for poor jump shooters in the key moments of the game. Therefore, I’ll be taking the Cavs in here.

TAXSLAYER BOWL
2-Unit Play. Take #268 Tennessee (-3 ) over Iowa (3 p.m., Friday, Jan. 2)

I am going to go with the Volunteers here. This team played well in the second half of the year and went 3-1 down the stretch. That included road wins at Vanderbilt and at South Carolina. Iowa is a team that struggled all season long. They lost to teams like Iowa State and Maryland. The Hawkeyes played one of the easiest schedules in college football. But this is still the only bowl game they could make. They lost two heartbreakers to close out the regular season with an OT loss to Nebraska at home and a two-point loss to Wisconsin at home. The Vols haven't played in a bowl game since 2010 and they haven't won a bowl game since 2008. I think that Butch Jones really wants to get this one to show that Tennessee is a program back on the rise.

AND
2-Unit Play. Take 'Under' 60.5 UCLA vs. Kansas State (6:45 p.m., Friday, Jan. 2)

I will put my money on Bill Snyder in this one. Snyder is one of the greatest coaches in college football history. He will have his team ready to play against the Bruins. UCLA was a team that started in the Top 10 and had dreams of playing in the playoffs. But they have taken their share of bad losses. Kansas State is 8-2 ATS in its last 10 games this year and they are 34-16 ATS in their last 50 games. They are one of the best bets in college football! UCLA is just 2-5 ATS in their last seven games and they have been overrated all season long. I will go against the public here and I will take the Wildcats. The 'under' is 5-1 in Kansas State's last six neutral site games and the 'under' is 5-2 in UCLA's last seven games overall.

CACTUS BOWL
7-Unit Play. Take #272 Washington (-6) over Oklahoma State (10 p.m., Friday, Jan. 2)
AND
3-Unit Play. Take 'Under' 57.0 Oklahoma State vs. Washington (10 p.m., Friday, Jan. 2)

I love the Huskies in this one. Oklahoma State probably shouldn't even be in a bowl game! They were just 6-6 this year in a mediocre Big 12. They were given this bid over more deserving teams. Oklahoma State is coming off a regular season ending upset of Oklahoma as a 21-point underdog in the Bedlam Game. That was their biggest game of the season. This bowl game is a letdown compared to that. The Cowboys had lost five straight games prior to that and were blown out in most of them. Their only other wins came early in the season against teams at the bottom of the Big 12. Chris Peterson has had a month to work with his kids at Washington. Peterson was always at his best with time to prepare when he was the coach at Boise State. He has a young team and I think he has put the time to good use. This one looks like a blowout. I will call for it to be 31-17 for Washington and I will hit on the side and the total for a huge score here.

Kansas State lost 3 games this season, all to teams who were ranked no lower than 6th. In other words, only elite teams have been able to subdue the Wildcats this season. Kansas State's Jake Waters looks to continue the strong finish to his college career, having completed 73.9 percent of his passes for an average of 331.3 yards in his last three games. The dual-threat quarterback has thrown for 3,163 yards and 20 touchdowns with six interceptions while rushing for 471 yards and eight scores. Kansas State’s offesnse relies heavily on the pass, not that they can’t run the ball, as Charles Jones and DeMarcus Robinson have been productive in spots. Jones has 13 TD runs on just 521 yards rushing. Waters himself has run it in 8 times. But at under 4 yards per run team-wide, their strength is the aerial attack, with dynamic Tyler Lockett and Curry Sexton. Lockett has 1351 yards on 91 catches, while Sexton has 955 yards receiving. Both players are top-notch and very dependable. Defensively, Kansas State is pretty tough. They allowed only an average of 21.8 points per game, while being particularly stout against the run, allowing an average of 124 yards per game. When averaging 36 points per game offensively, I like them as a small dog here. Kansas St is well coached by Synder.K-State is just as physical as Stanford. This is NOT a good matchup for the Bruins. K-State does not beat itself They have committed just 11 turnovers this season, tied for second-fewest in the FBS. The Wildcats have allowed 32 points off turnovers, eight-fewest in the FBS. Kansas State has committed 11 defensive penalties this season, second-fewest in the FBS. If K State controls the ball it is lights out for the Bruins. Head Coach Bill Synder is a guy who can coach a team. Very disciplined. His only losses are to Auburn and he should have won that and Baylor and TCU on the road. Bill Snyder will have his team ready for this bowl game this evening and KANSAS STATE WINS by 21.
