"I kind of just slept a lot and ate fast food," she says, sitting up a bit on the couch to see what Mochi is doing. "First I was so sick I couldn't eat anything. Then I just slept and pooped in the woods. I used a whole roll of toilet paper in one day."
"I guess it's all going to be determined by what happens in the rematch," she says. "Everything is going to be determined by that. Either I'll win and keep going or I won't and I'll be done with everything."
She needs to listen to her mom and stop feeling sorry for herself

I'm not getting the whole thing with Edmond. One loss and now you're supposed to switch camps, despite 12 straight wins of pure domination? Is there something I don't know here?

That everyone who has ever known him says hes a horrible coach. People were calling for her to get rid of him before the loss, also

I guess I need more info. "People say he's a horrible coach." And yet all she's done is win and win in extraordinary fashion her entire career.
What makes him horrible?
The idea is she wins despite him. Her striking is as rudimentary as ever. She wins with throws, armbars, and raw athleticism/physicality. Things she knew a long time ago. Nobody else he trains every does anything.
I disagree that her striking is "as rudimentary as ever." When she first started she could not strike for shit. She basically used strikes the same way Royce used to use front kicks. Now she's got one of the very few straight-up out-cold KOs I've ever seen in WMMA.
And this isn't to say that her striking is great, but to not give her credit for the improvements that have been made is wrong.
I don't agree with any of that. The only difference seems to be she realized she can punch hard. She looked awful against Correia she just outgunned her and out chinned her, and obviously she looked putrid against Holm.
However, I don't blame her for sticking with him. Apparently, he trains her for free.

This case is so strange that I can't even begin to make sense of it. For one, how did he get into so much debt? For another, how is it that he can even begin to claim no personal income?

He had a good trainer, then he died(D' Amato).....but he continued winning and killing people for many many years from what he had previously learned, not because his current team was good. Rousey won almost all of her MMA matches from Judo, not the striking she learned from Edmound . When her Judo finally failed, so did she

To be fair, three of her last four wins were (T)KOs. (Granted, one was a KO after a throw.)
