The Jays are coming off a big emotional series against their division rivals and now they face a pitcher who just pitched 7 innings against a very good Cubs team, and allowed just 2 hits and 1 earned run. The Phillies are 6-2 in their last 8 inter-league games when playing a team with a winning record and they are 15-7 in their last 22 games when facing a starter with a WHIP over 1.30.
