Pittsburgh beating Washington in the payoffs is about as safe a bet as you can get. The Pens dominate the Capitals and the Capitals know it. Washington had a 2 goal lead in game 1 and folded like a cheap tent, their mentality has to be very shaky since they stink at home in the playoffs and they stink against the Penguins in the playoffs. Only one way to look here - the way of the Penguins at an underdog price.
