Kansas is the better team no doubt but they are just 4-5 ATS at home since they are always laying big numbers and not sure of their motivation here since Texas is not a storied college basketball program and not a traditional rival for Kansas. Tonight in College Park the Wisconsin Badgers visit the Maryland Terps and this conference game should be very entertaining. The Badgers are coming off a tough home loss to Purdue in overtime 84-80 and that game flew 'Over' the total. The Terps are trending 'Over' games going a perfect 7-0 O/U and in those 7 games they have scored 74 points or more. Maryland is coming off a big home against Indiana 78-75 and in the second half the Terps scored 51 points and if they run their offense like the did against the Hoosiers I see this total flying over. Maryland is 5-0 O/U last 5 home games and the Terps are 6-0 O/U following a SU win.

The Hoosiers have averaged 82.3 points per game at home this season while shooting 55.9% as a team and holding opponents to just 60.4 points per game while shooting just 38.5% against them. Opponents of shot just 28.9% against the Hoosiers from beyond the arc at home this season and just 63% from the line against them at home this season. Opinion – SACRAMENTO (-2) over Portland

Sacramento is much better when they’ve had at least one night off and they’re also better at home. The Kings are 23-11 ATS this season when rested (8-0 ATS when favored) and 15-8 ATS at home (14-5 ATS when rested). Portland had a hard fought game at Denver last night and the Blazers apply to a 57-113-6 ATS situation that plays against road teams coming off a close game. My ratings favor Sacramento by 3.6 points with the extra home court advantage for being rested against an unrested visitor and I’ll lean with the Kings in a game that was very close to being a Best Bet.
