First let’s start by saying we are getting great line value here with Boise St as this number should be much higher in my opinion but the public is overreacting to the fact that Air Force beat Colorado on the road last week. We were on Air Force last week because we were going against Colorado who 2 weeks before had beaten their instate rival Colorado St. then last week was coming off their upset of former Big 12 rival Nebraska where they were coming off a come from behind win. Colorado rallied from 17 down to win in OT. There was no way Colorado was mentally prepared to handle the Air Force option something they don’t see in the PAC 12. That was a HUGE advantage for Air Force. No such advantage this week as Boise St. sees this option attack every year in Conference Play. Boise St basically has had two weeks to prepare because they played Portland St last week who they blew out 45-10. Trust me they worked more on Air Force last week than they did preparing for Portland St. The other thing giving us line value here is the fact that in Boise St. other home game as a 14 point favorite they only won 14-7 over Marshall. Well that game was 6 days after they upset Florida St in the hot humid conditions of Florida St. Boise St was both spent and flat as a pancake that day against Marshall. Last thing to consider is Air Force just played a game in the altitude of Colorado and went to overtime and now comes back with a short week on the road. This is a big advantage for Boise St. who is averaging over 500 yards a game this year. Boise St wins 35-20.

Analysis:
Was at this game two years ago at Coliseum when Coach Whitt went for 2 in last seconds of regulation for the win. Bad play call as they elected to throw instead of running like they had the play prior for the TD. SC was gashed on D and was vulnerable to the run at that time. The Utes extracted some revenge last season at Rice Eccles Stadium but Coach Whittingham will get this one too. Zack Moss is one of the toughest RB's in the country and Britain Covey is almost back from last 7 months of injuries. The Utes D-Line is the strongest and deepest in the country and should wear down the Trojan O-Line. Tyler Huntley is a solid duel threat QB as well for Utah. Meanwhile the Trojans have a good you*ng QB in Slovis but he was under duress in Provo last week and threw 3-picks......he may get sacked several times in this one which will help negate getting the ball out to the second best collective receiving corp in the country. Utes by 8-20 points

USC, on the other hand, has struggled a bit in the spot they are in here on Friday as they have gone just 4-10 ATS in their last fourteen home games and they are just 5-12 ATS in their last seventeen games off an ATS loss. They have also failed to cover the number in each of their last six Friday night games and they are an awful 7-19-1 ATS in their last 27 games overall. Throw in the fact that the Utes are 4-1 ATS in the last five head to head meetings between the two schools and we're going to lay the points with them here to get the road win and cover in LA on Friday evening.

Air Force has posted a perfect 3-0-1 ATS record in their last four games versus a team with a winning % of .500 or higher and they have gone an excellent 3-1-1 ATS in their last five games following a straight up win. They have also been very good in the month of September for whatever reason, going an impressive 11-5 ATS in their last sixteen games during the first full month of a season. Boise, on the other hand, has struggled a bit in the spot they are in here on Friday as they have gone just 7-15 ATS in their last 22 versus a team with a winning % of .500 or higher and it seems that the blue turf mystique is all but gone as they are an awful 8-17 ATS in their last 25 home games. Throw in the fact that the Falcons are 5-1-1 ATS in the last seven head to head meetings between the two schools and we're taking the points with them here in a game that we have a bit closer than the odds makers do in Boise on Friday night.

Brewers red hot, Pitt is not, and upon observation the last game Pitt played was on the only game I have seen them in 6 games attempt to compete in. Brewers in drivers seat right now for the Playoffs - every game counts and with the Cubs playing the Cards in division action they know one of those teams is going to lose in their division and this game counts big. Add in the fact Brault, the starter for Pitt has a 10.67 ERA his last 3 starts, and Anderson is rock steady for the Brew Crew, so pitching favors Milwaukee.
You also have a bullpen with Pitt the last 5 games with an ERA of 7.61 backing up a starter on the road with over a 10 ERA in his last 3 turns. Does not get any better than that for a team who has thrown it in. Pitt has lost their last 6 games in a row by a score of 63-21 - WOW. There is a ton to play for the Brew Crew here and Pitt could care less, just look at the way they have played as of late. Get on the Brewers here in a blowout.

Let’s go back to last year.**Utah dominated the football game.**521 total yards of total offense.**This offense remains the same, but the secondary at USC has gotten worse.**There is no way this Utah team doesn’t score at least 25 points by the half.**USC refuses to take the training wheels off Kedon Slovis so I don’t like their chances at home tonight.**Slovis will show us signs of brilliance and after one mistake the coaching staff puts him in timeout which puts him in a shell for the remainder of the evening.***The Utah Defensive Line is like nothing this guy has ever seen.**The secondary for Utah has tremendous talent.**Utah is just a better football team from top to bottom and I believe we will see that very early tonight.**A bright spot for USC is the return of DE Christian Rector, but I don’t think he is in game shape and I don’t think the Trojans will be able to set the edges on defense to slow down this massive offensive line.**I think the Utes put up at least 40 points in this game.**Let’s again take the shot with side and total tonight and just pray that we somehow and someway start getting credit for games we have been covering for 99.5% of the game and stop losing units on the most ridiculous of circumstances.. Perfect 2-0 night stripped away from us last night!***Take Utah and the Over.
