Even though the Rockets have dropped five straight road games ATS, I think this is a good spot for their offense to outscore the Wolves. Take Houston.

Toronto can shoot and play great team defense and are 14-7 on the road. Meanwhile the Knicks are just 6-16 at home and are one of the worst offensive teams in the NBA. Take Toronto.

The Bucks have won seven straight while the Hornets have dropped seven straight. The Bucks lead the NBA in scoring and have the best overall record. Look for them to put on a show in Paris behind a big day from the Greek Freak, who has a lot to play for with friends and family making the trip.

2-Unit Play. Take #864 Monmouth (-7.5) over Niagara (7 p.m., Friday, Jan. 24) Niagara is on about as fluky of a three-game winning streak as you will see. They have won three straight games by a combined four points! That means they are just a few buckets away from being on a five-game losing streak and having lost nine of 10. The have just two wins - and a lot of bad losses - on the road this season, and I see another one here. This is not a good team at all. Sure they are better than they were back in November. But they are still one of the worst defensive teams and one of the worst rebounding teams in all of college basketball. This is one of the smallest teams in college hoops, and I think that they are going to get tossed around in this one. Monmouth is a legit contender in the Metro, a league whose conference standings look like they are upside down right now. The Hawks have won eight of 10. They haven't played a ton of home games this year, but they have been really, really good at home, winning all six games by an average of 10 points per game. And they have blown out some teams that are certainly better than Niagara. This is being billed as a matchup of two teams tied for first place in the conference. Only one of them is legit. And they should prove it.

As unappealing as that sounds, the Timberwolves have been an absolute mess and have a 5-15-1 mark ATS at home. The last time these two teams played in Minnesota, the Rockets won by 20 points. Even with Karl-Anthony Towns back, I think the Rockets can cover here against a far inferior foe.

The Bulls never make it easy, but given this small line, I’ll take them to cover at home.

Let's look to pick up a solid Winner today as well and move to +4800 on the year in the NBA. Take a moment and save money and join for the entire season. We also feel like we have a great 3*CBB Selection as well and are looking to go 2-0 and we will have a NHL Selection tomorrow and note we have 8 Super Bowl Selections. We had a great 2-0 Sweep last year in the Super Bowl last year and excited about the 8 plays this year. Per this play, we like the Over here as Memphis scored less than 100 points last game and they just lacked the scoring punch they needed it. Only one person had a better than 33% clip from the floor and I think they will be a lot better against the Pistons today. Remember, Memphis had won 7 games in a row prior to losing back to back games and I don't think they lose 3 in a row and I think they put a great effort out there today. This is a team in the heat of the Western Conference Playoff Race and had put up 116 against the Pelicans, 113 against the Cavs, 121 against the Rockets and 134 against the Spurs. Look for the Grizzlies to get back on track offensively and also look for these Pistons to do well as Reggie Jackson is back and along with Derrick Rose they give great scoring power and punch here and I think this game probably goes over the posted total.

The Suns are 3-8 without Aron Baynes this season. He unlocks quite a bit for them on both sides of the ball, but where his absence will really hurt tonight is defensively. With LaMarcus Aldridge shooting more 3-pointers than ever, Phoenix could have really used a versatile defender capable of operating in space against him. Instead, the Suns will likely be forced to use Dario Saric or DeAndre Ayton, two poor matchups. I'm on San Antonio.
