Off their home win against Richmond, the Panthers lost at Toledo. Off that loss, their third straight close game, the Panthers take a big step down in class. I expect them to make the most of the opportunity. The Panthers from Prairie View have played a very difficult road schedule. It's caught up to them. They lost their last game by 51 points. Their previous game resulted in a 21-point loss. They gave up 98 and 107 points in those games. It doesn't help matters that PV didn't return a singe starter from last season. Knowing tougher games are ahead, UNI kicks their guests while they're down and wins in blowout fashion. *Good at -14 or better
