Cincy /USF play

Taking Cincy +3 for 5 units

I think Cincy has the better defense, is more disciplined(less penalties) and is at home.

Also Cincy has had 4 QB's play this year and there combined numbers arent much worse the Gothe's

Pike is also starting from what I heard and he is one of their better QB's
