Its Thanksgiving and that mean that the Detroit Lions (2-8 SU, 7-3 ATS) will be hosting a Thanksgiving Day game at Ford Field.
This year’s version of the game includes the red-hot New England Patriots (8-2 S U, 5-4-1 ATS). The Lions are hoping that this match-up represents a letdown game with the Patriot coming off two straight huge AFC wins against the Steelers and the Colts.
The game will be televised on CBS at 12:30 p.m. EST.
The Detroit Lions seem to be getting used to not playing with quarterback Matthew Stafford. The second year quarterback will miss another game this week after spraining the same shoulder he separated earlier in the year in Week 9 against the New York Jets.
