You see, it seems to me that those kind of questions should HEIGHTEN anticipation for this fight rather than the other way around.

20 pounds, exactly. I ate pretty much the same quantity of food too. I am going to keep it going, with a few tweaks (for example, I am eating some peanut butter and banana oatmeal as I type this- last month, my oatmeal only had banana). Gotta bring the pb back, just need to find a no sugar kind.2012: +19.33

I don't really keep track of these kinds of things. I just eat whatever I want, as long as it is "on the list" (of foods I am allowed to eat). I eat a lot of lentils and beans, so my protein is probably about average. Not enough for gaining, but that is because I am not trying to gain. I could take some protein powder or eat more quinoa if I needed more protein... but I don't care about that stuff. I could care less about how big I am, muscle wise. I have always been sort of big naturally and carry a lot of muscle just by genetics, so gaining is easy for me. But I haven't touched a weight in almost a year now.
I am actually thinking about leaning out all the way down to like 160. I never have before because I like to be strong for grappling. But I am planning a bicycle/camping trip this summer where I will be riding about 500 miles over a week while carrying all my shit and camping across southern IL. I want to be light so I can climb those hills without dying.Last edited by MMA_scientist; 11-21-2012, 10:20 AM.2012: +19.33

I weigh about 190#. The most I have ever weighed since I posted on this forum was 220. But I am 6'0 and stocky for that height. Wiseman is fat as hell. Zak is a lard ass too.
some 7 years ago, I weighed 250 for about 6 months. But it was a brief and exciting flirtation with extreme fatness. I have pretty much always weighed about 210-215 for my adult life. I got down to 175 a couple years ago, but that was brief as well. I wrestled 167, and had to cut to get there from about 180. I am naturally about 190-200 while not in crazy diet or workout mode. I am usually kind of fat at 210-215.Last edited by MMA_scientist; 11-21-2012, 12:26 PM.2012: +19.33
