But really though, how do you see Barnett winning? Cormier is the better wrestler, and I don't see Barnett putting him on his back. I also think Cormier has the edge standing. Just my opinion though

I'll take Thomson since Noons looked like poop in his last two fights, the last of which was against a guy much worse at everything than Thomson is at anything.

I'd bet Cormier at + odds. Barnett still hasn't beaten anyone worth remembering since 2006 and he's not faced someone with the kind of wrestling chops Cormier brings to the table since Dan Severn.

I agree that it was. I'm just saying that I think he broke his streak of fighting lackluster opponents with that one. That's not to say that it was a top-of-the-line win, but it was a good solid entry on his resume.

If Cormier is losing on his feet, he will just put Barnett on his back. Therein lies the flaw with catch wrestling in MMA IMO... eventually you are going to fight some one who is going to put you on your back... I will be in Cormier for sure. I think he is good to -200 personally.
