I'm really not sure how Thomson wins this fight. Even if he's 100% healthy I think that at this point in their careers Gil is just better everywhere.

Yeah, factor in the past and current injuries, I think Thomson is fucked. He was even sick this week and admitted it to Helwani on Monday.

Barnett looks to be in better shape than i have ever seen him in.

I like the bout to go the distance. Barnett does a good job of deflecting shots/defending his chin, should have a pretty significant reach adv as well. Plus he looks to clinch up when you try and close distance. Dont see a Corm sub at all. Barnett could catch corm standing, but I foresee a safe gameplan for barnett in which he tries to play the distance gm or wear down corm in the clinch. Doesnt necessarily mean he will go for takedowns in the clinch, but just to put his weight on him and dirtybox. Its not as if Barnett is some sort of killer on the ground either. He is more positional and waits for mistakes.

Whats everyones take on this fight? Especially yours pp. How do you envision the fight going?
