Faber's line is getting worthy of a small bet, although Barao should win. I just think Barao is a bit of a question mark when it comes to his conditioning. Has he ever been put on his back before? Jorgensen could not get him down, but Faber has better TDs. If Faber wins, do you guys think it will be ITD or a decision? Faber by decision is +255 right now. Actually, do you guys think Barao will get the stoppage if he wins or win the decision? The decision prop is -165.
We have already discussed Boetsch. I have a play on him @+240.
I really think Shawn Jordan is going to be worth a bet at a +200 or better line (if he comes out there). Kongo is a bit chinny and he waits around a bit too much..slow starter..plods..etc. Shawn Jordan is tough, is going to go out there and get in Kongo's face, and even go for some takedowns. I really think he has improved a lot in the short time he has been at Jackson's. I think he will make it an ugly fight. I may be way wrong with this one because Shawn Jordan is taking such a huge step up in competition, but I will be playing Jordan in this one.
Brian Ebersole is taking this fight on short notice, but he DID just come off a training camp for T.J. Waldburger. IIRC, Nick Ring was grapplefucking James Head...am I right? I need to watch that fight, somebody post a link. But if that was the case, Ebersole will probably be able to do the same.
I saw Chris Clements fight at UFC 145 in Atlanta and I did not know much about him. He is pretty big in person and he showed decent striking. I think he can out strike Matt "throw 1,000 punches in a fight that do not land" Riddle. Clements didn't show the best TDD or ground game, but when does Matt Riddle ever fight smart and go for the takedown? I like Chris Clements in this one, especially if he opens around -150.Comment

Nick ring didnt really grapple fuck james head. He beat the shit out of him for two rounds then submitted him while he was battered and bloody. The sub probably wouldnt have happened if he didnt beat him up first.
Ill take ebersole over head.
Jimmo is a karate guy with pretty good takedown defense. Perpsh seems kind of slow. Tough call.
Faber is a lot better than jorgenson but who knows what will happen. I dont think we have seen anyone really get barao down..1 unit = 300 $Comment

I read a few play by plays for barao. He had some trouble with escovedo and leone. Sherdog gave leone round two and issued some 10-10's in the escovedo fight. Neither one of those guys has done very well in the ufc. I will be on faber for sure. Another thing i noticed is that most of baraos recent submission wins are against guys with less than stellar records. Im hoping fabers line creeps up a little bit. I think he takes it.1 unit = 300 $Comment
